“Love love love this place. My boyfriend and I go at least once a week and it always hits the spot. I get the superman and it's so good! It has pesto, chicken, hot Buffalo sauce, and more! There's a choice of chips or coleslaw on the side and I always get the coleslaw. Only downside is they're closed on the weekends! Sad face. Definitely worth stopping in during the week ?“
“First things first, the food truck is behind the brewery, so you will actually be eating at the brewery or to around back to find the trailer. Food was treat (my son said it was one of the best chicken sandwiches he's ever had and thats a lot!) and they bring the meal to you. Very friendly. The brewery had a bunch of dogs hanging out, so that's a perk if you are into dots, but be warned if you aren't. Overall i would recommend it.“
“Everything was delicious. The acorn squash fondue was the best fondue I've ever had ..the addition of the squash made it more of an actual meal. It was big too. The mushroom fettuccine was to die for. Plenty of different variety fresh mushrooms. And the service was great. I asked for a special table for 2 for a bday and got sat by the kitchen so that was a bummer which is the only reason I took a star off. But we will come back for sure“
“I liked this restaurant. It had a good atmosphere. I didn't get any "weird owner" vibes like other reviewers. We went on a Saturday night and the place was packed. We really enjoyed the acorn fondue and decided to start making a variation of this at home. It's a great idea! We also took the recommendation of others and had the mushroom pizza, which was really delicious. They had a good wine list, but no decanters. If you have bottles in the $100 range, it would be good to have a few around. Otherwise, I'd go back for the pizza and a glass of wine any day!“
“Great Coffees and Teas! They really know what they're doing with their beverages here and the staff is awesome!Dietary restrictions: They are really good about actually going through with substitution requests which isn't always the case at other fast-paced coffee joints.“
“Really cool drive-thru place with a great selection of drinks! I got the iced Mexican Mocha which was good but next time I'd ask for more spice because to me it tasted like a regular mocha. I also got their cold brew with cold foam which was pretty good, I'd definitely recommend adding a flavor to the cold foam. My girlfriend got the energy drink type drinks which she really liked.“
“Food: pizza! With vegan cheese, tomato sauce and mushrooms. Delicious! Hot and made very quickly. Beverage: taster sampler of Dunkelweisen, Oatmeal Stout, Raspberry Blonde Ale, Pinstripe Red and Ska Ale! Not so easy to find but worth the effort! We walked! Ambiance was beer bar and good. Recommended!“
“We oldsters walked up here after riding the Durango Silverton Railroad since it was recommended by one of the young hip crossing guard. It was a little cheaper than the nearby pizza place. It seems to be patronized by college aged folks and is dog friendly. We sat on the patio under the roof. It did take about 40 minutes to get our pizza. Maybe under staffed? Pizza was good and fresh when it arrived. But be sure to be able to eat it all as they didn't have any carryout boxes for the leftovers. They also expect you to bus your table after you are done so it is basically self serve. It was a nice change of pace.“
“Great service from our waiter who clearly didn't skip arm day. Drinks were pretty solid as well, loved the spicy mezcal Marg. The house blood orange Marg was a bit sweet. Switchback fries were WAY to salty, although decent flavor. Guac was great.“
“Friendly atmosphere! The iced caramel frappe was a great well balanced drink. It was not overly sweet, nor was it bitter. The hot americano was a little rough. I think I acquired four new chest hairs from drinking it. It’s stout, tastes hardcore, and will add bass to your voice.“
“First and foremost, our server stony was fabulous!!! He made up for the fact that we were basically seated in the kitchen and then told most of the tables we could've had were reserved for large prom parties. Food was fabulous and served piping hot. My tuna was a bit dry but the vegetables it was served with helped. The chef did forget to serve my dish with the polenta but our server brought it out later. The restaurant is a bit pricey but overall a good experience. We will be back.“
“I have had the pleasure of enjoying Rupert’s many many times over the past few months. In Durango there are a lot of overpriced places to eat, but Rupert’s is reasonably priced, the cooks are amazing, the waiters/waitresses along with the bartenders tend to each customer in a timely fashion with an amazing attitude. Also the atmosphere is very homey while also having its own creative spin on a diner theme. Definitely check out the walls of toasters. I love their mimosa’s by the bottle and their pimento bacon cheeseburgers for brunch. If you are just visiting the Durango area I would highly recommend adding this to your list of stops, and if you are a Durango local who hasn’t tried Rupert’s…why haven’t you tried this place out yet?? Get on it!“
