“We visited the Floradora Saloon after a long day of chasing fall colors. Turned out to be a great choice. Our party of 3 all had the filet, mashed potatoes and asparagus. Every element of the meal was spectacular. Our server, Austin, was personable and attentive and went the extra mile to take care of us. We will definitely be back while staying in Telluride for the week.“

“Caravan’s middle eastern food is absolute fabulous! And plentiful! Fresh & amazingly flavorful food. We had the veggie plate with tabouli, baba ghanouj, hummus, spanakopita, falafel & salad. “My spouse and I are both vegan and this was the best breakfast in Telluride for vegans.

They have three main options: avocado toast, veggie hash bowl and vegan crunch bowl. Two sides: berries and English muffin (no butter).

The avocado toast and veggie hash bowl are both okay. The veggie hash bowl is pre made and no changes can be made - I only say this because my partner and I wanted more potatoes in the hash. The hash is surprisingly potato light. The avocado toast needs something else - maybe some cherry tomatoes and olive oil? It was bland. Both options don’t have a lot of vegan protein. It would be so great if they offered a side of black beans or some vegan protein side (tofu). These options left us hungry later.

Now the greats: the vegan granola bar and vegan crunch bowl are both perfect! They are tasty AND have protein. They sustain you and are so enjoyable. We were suspicious on the granola bar but it was so good I didn’t get any pictures- we ate it quickly.

The berries and English muffin were both fresh and delicious - no notes!

For a small town and the amount of options, this is a great vegan breakfast option.

Of course, they also offer lattes with alternative milk.

“The food here was amazing!! We split an awesome chorizo burrito and apple fritter. Went back the next day before we left to grab some treat for our family back home and they loved the cookies as well. Fast service, great food, and friendly folks.“

“In a town of mediocre food & service this was a hidden gem. Cosy restaurant in The Hotel Telluride. Our party of 6 ate here 4 times & all were excellent. Guiseppe was a great host & always managed to find us a table when we arrived without a reservation. Service was quick & he was friendly & attentive. The special of the petit fillet with mash potatoes & asparagus plus a glass of wine for $26 was exceptional value. Dessert was very good as well. They even dropped us home afterwards in their hotel courtesy vehicle. Nice atmosphere in hotel lobby for a pre or after dinner drink in front of the fire. 1 night they had a live guitarist which was very nice. Can't fault the food or service. Would definitely eat here again“

“Darius was awesome. Highly recommend the lamb chops, had them along with a glass of blanc for the wife and Darius made an amaretto sour that was amazing. Dinner menu was a bit different than what was presented on the website but the quality of what we ordered made up for it 10 fold.“
