“This place is run by the loveliest couple who knows their flavors! We had some Boba tea to start which was surprising on the menu, but delicious. The breakfast tacos were very good with some amazing sauce, the churro waffle with Nutella so tasty, but the best thing was the Korean barbecue chicken and waffles! The Establishment is run in a school kitchen, but don't let that fool you, this is some incredible food!“

Crispy basic cheese fries, elevated by a smothering layer of delicious (even if mild) green chili, and sprinkled with a generous amount of homemade thick, chunky bacon.The place itself is a little bit echo-y and loud, but not too bad. In warmer weather, I'd bet the outside seating is great.Yet another one of Colorado's amazing little mountain-town surprises.“

“This is definitely the place to be for a good time in Pagosa! Great service and even better food! Seriously the sliders are to die for!!!!Dawson’s Trivia was so fun! He’s a great host. We wish we had a spot like this where we are from! Can’t wait to come back!“

“Just letting everyone know, the boba isn’t actual tapioca boba, it’s stiff jelly. This place is alright. Almost all of their flavors were vegan or sugar free which was annoying, so I just got vanilla. They had some nice toppings however. Was a bit expensive, $30 for five small froyos, not very filled. And they asked for a tip after all that even though the cashier literally does nothing? Froyo tasted good though, vanilla was surprisingly flavorful!“
