Spent the weekend for the first time in Pagosa and really wanted a cup of joe that hit all the right marks. Deep flavor, rich caramel color from the espresso, not bitter, smooth. The americano won’t disappoint. This is not for the faint of heart and don’t expect your breakfast club drip coffee. This is rich and creamy and for espresso lovers. I don't want to write this but their sausage biscuit bites and their cinnamon rolls are out of this world delicious. They make a house latte that's pretty awesome also. They sell out of their baked goods often. That's their only downfallParking: Parking is around back. The first time finding it can be a bit tricky.
