I 💜 The Rose. Its my only breakfast stop! Breakfast BLT is my go to but everything has always been delicious.
All of the staff is great but Summer is hands down my favorite server of all time!
Precious quaint little cafe. We arrived about 9am and we’re seated and served promptly! Loved the atmosphere, coffee, and homemade biscuits.

The Rose Restaurant is a clean and cute little restaurant in downtown Pagosa Springs. The location is fantastic, walkable from the Springs Resort and local shops. The service is great, friendly, and very attentive, with staff who are amazing and able to easily accommodate food allergies. The food is incredible and absolutely delicious, including the skier, Waldorf chicken salad, homemade bread, biscuit, blueberry pancake with heated syrup, Belgian waffle, eggs, bacon, hash browns, and excellent coffee. The atmosphere is just what a small town restaurant should be. The owner is full of great advice. It is a must stop and an absolutely amazing experience for brunch or breakfast.
