“Sage Eatery is a great spot with delicious food and generous portion sizes that definitely leave you satisfied. The location is super convenient, which makes it an easy choice for lunch or dinner. Everything I’ve tried has been fresh and flavorful, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the food. The employees are friendly as well. The downside is that they’re closed on Sundays and Mondays. Order was wrong, but I appreciate that they corrected it. Wait times are long - 30+ minutes for burger and fries. Overall, still a place I really enjoy and recommend.”

“My husband and I come to Pagosa every April for our anniversary and had a go to pizza place we always went to but I guess it recently sold and we were not impressed and walked out as fast as we walked in. We found you while driving around looking for a place to eat. The service was amazing and food was delicious and very reasonable prices. We found our new go to pizza spot when we come each year.”

“One of the coolest spots! The whole place is set up for you to have an intimate hangout with 4-6 people. Groupings of comfy chairs and couches set around coffee tables...some in even separate rooms. Cool lighting, artwork and great cocktails. They also have a few light fare options for food.”

The baked goodies are to Die for and look almost as good as they date!! Coffee is delicious and the to go lunch sandwiches are extremely convenient and a great size! We will absolutely be back to enjoy even more of the delicious!!”

“I have been coming to this coffee shop ever since they have been open and I have always been OBSESSED with everything that they have. With their old menu and new menu, I am always impressed by everything that they do. Trey, Ana, Scott, and Katie are my favorite people and they make my morning everytime I am there!! 🤍”

“The Lift is a great place for coffee, tea, and breakfast! The owners are extremely knowledgeable and helpful when taking your order. They ask the little questions you may forget to mention first thing in the morning to make sure your order is exactly the way you like it. I like extra foam in my London Fog, and they actually remembered to remind me about it this morning—now that’s great service!

The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and relaxed, making it a wonderful place to start your day. And don’t let the construction around the area and the new street fool you. Parking in the rear or across the street is easy, and it’s just a short walk to the shop.

I highly recommend The Lift for your next morning coffee, tea, or breakfast sandwich. Great people, great service, and a great way to start the day!”

“So we had out of town guests for a few days. The winning restaurant for food and atmosphere? Coyote Moon Lounge!!! Absolutely the best outdoor dining/drinking space in Pagosa. AND the best food!! Their Polish sausage, homemade mac and cheese, periogies, fried chicken tenders, scratch made sauces were all out of this world. Lots of shaded spaces, tables and couches. The service is on point. OHHH and the best Long Island Ice tea I have ever had. Hidden gem.”

“Absolutely love this place! Amazing fresh ingredient pizza. The sourdough crust is the best we’ve ever had. The salad had more toppings than lettuce, which we love. The beer wall is a fun way to try different Colorado beers. The playlist is a great bit of fun. Irish, country, 60’s and more! The owner is wonderful to talk with. Be sure to go try it!”

“Your coffee and staff are tops!! So I want to comment on the improvements to the decor. Specifically, the black ceiling & newest paint color on the walls. Both are a wonderful new touch. They bring a lot of warmth to the space. We need more COZY in Pagosa, so thank you from Kevin and Claudine!”

“This is probably our favorite restaurant in Pagosa Springs. The menu is small but the atmosphere is the best, most relaxed in town. They have a small selection of their own brews as well as a few other local + national beers on tap. It's definitely a find an open table and sit kind of place and they'll bring you the menus and take your drink orders. Their IPA was fantastic and cold which felt great in the mildly warm weather. There was live music the evening we were there and he was so good, had some of his own songs as well as some well known covers. Amazing voice. The best part in my opinion is the super dog-friendliness of the joint. The outdoor area is big with a lot of picnic tables to sit at with your puppers. It's such a chill place to hang out for a bit and soak in the weather and have some good beer. Another huge bonus here is the food. Everything we've had here was fresh and delicious but somehow they have managed to have one of the best pizzas I've ever had anywhere. The crust is thick and has enough chew to it and the sauce and cheese are great. I don't know what it is about their pizza but OMG their pizza OMG. Love this place!”

“The Staff appeared as though they were a Well Oiled Machine. Each Employee helping each other. They seemed to be Friends with each other which came across to me as a customer as very polite and extremely attentive to anything I would have needed. Honestly one of the BEST Dining experiences I have EVER had. I would recommend Alley House to anyone who wanted GREAT Food with Fantastic wait staff as a Bonus!!!”

“The atmosphere is lovely with the outdoor patio being next to the slow calming river. There is a lot of indoor space and a pretty large bar area. The food was solid and came out pretty quick, and of course the beer is great. A lot of variety in types of beer and the vibe is laid back and friendly. You'll see big families, kids, couples, all walks of life for clientele. My only suggestion is to improve the service for the "dog beach." While I love the fact there is an area dedicated for pets, there's literally no service for the four tables by the riverbank. You have to go into the bar to order and get a pager to come pick up the food when it's done. It feels very segregated from the rest of the restaurant it made us feel like second class patrons. It's not more than a few steps to extend service to the dog beach, so I hope they extend it fully to all patrons. It would just be nice to have someone from the restaurant at least check on you down there, but you're pretty much on your own and implied to bus your own table and put the dirty dishes in a provided cart with water (which was hot and not iced like the water on the regular patio). If you have a pet dog, just be aware you will definitely feel less welcomed than other patrons. And if you don't have a pet dog, you'll be just fine with the regular service as it seemed to be pretty regular with top offs and taking dirty glasses and plates.”

“Most likely one of the better store fronts of the franchise I've been to. In my experience, the food was well prepared and done so to a higher standard than most fast food places. Yes I would recommend them if you're looking for a quick bite.”

“I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the lunch my husband and I had today. We wanted to try the lunch buffet and got there at about 1:30, hoping we wouldn't be too late to have lunch as I believe they closed at 2:00 for lunch. Everything looked delicious . Then to my surprise the lady that was waiting on this said it would just be a moment and then remade everything that was on the buffet for us so that our meal would be as fresh as possible. The food was delicious and I can't say enough about how impressed I was..”

““The Buck Stops Here” Market & Eatery, Pagosa Springs, Co. We had Prime Rib that was so tender and the flavor was Smokey and the herbs made it amazing. We highly recommend their Saturday Prime Rib! Everything was delicious! Garlic mashed potatoes, and baked beans were great, too. The Chefs do a excellent job preparing the food. We have eaten Rib Eye burgers, Elk burgers, and Bison burgers there also. The food is always great!!”
