“Sage Eatery is a great spot with delicious food and generous portion sizes that definitely leave you satisfied. The location is super convenient, which makes it an easy choice for lunch or dinner. Everything I’ve tried has been fresh and flavorful, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the food. The employees are friendly as well. The downside is that they’re closed on Sundays and Mondays. Order was wrong, but I appreciate that they corrected it. Wait times are long - 30+ minutes for burger and fries. Overall, still a place I really enjoy and recommend.”

Fresh spring rolls and peanut sauce is phenomenal and the ginger dressing on the salad is the best. I love their Pad Ke Mah….. you won’t be disappointed with anything you get.”

“My husband and I come to Pagosa every April for our anniversary and had a go to pizza place we always went to but I guess it recently sold and we were not impressed and walked out as fast as we walked in. We found you while driving around looking for a place to eat. The service was amazing and food was delicious and very reasonable prices. We found our new go to pizza spot when we come each year.”

“So we had out of town guests for a few days. The winning restaurant for food and atmosphere? Coyote Moon Lounge!!! Absolutely the best outdoor dining/drinking space in Pagosa. AND the best food!! Their Polish sausage, homemade mac and cheese, periogies, fried chicken tenders, scratch made sauces were all out of this world. Lots of shaded spaces, tables and couches. The service is on point. OHHH and the best Long Island Ice tea I have ever had. Hidden gem.”

“Fantastic! An aspiring bakers, enjoyer of all things yummy and coffee snobs DREAM COME TRUE! Absolutely adorable place with quaint and charming feel. The baked goodies are to Die for and look almost as good as they date!! Coffee is delicious and the to go lunch sandwiches are extremely convenient and a great size! We will absolutely be back to enjoy even more of the delicious!!”

“WOW! We stopped in to get a coffee and a sandwich as we were camping up on the San Juan River…. I had an iced Latte with whole milk! It was fantastic. BUT HOLD THE PHONE! The surprise came with the amazing “Breakfast Bagel Sandwich”. YUM! The owners met us at the counter and were amazing! I ordered the Ham & Cheese bagel sandwich, it came with an amazingly toasted bagel, the freshest ingredients, cream cheese, avocado, carrot strips, & sprouts! So awesome that I was like wait??? Maybe it was that I was starving.. hmm! Let’s go back the next day and get the exact same thing….🤔! Well it was as good and maybe better! If you’re looking for fresh, great tasting coffee and sandwiches, don’t miss this place….. AMAZING!

“The Staff appeared as though they were a Well Oiled Machine. Each Employee helping each other. They seemed to be Friends with each other which came across to me as a customer as very polite and extremely attentive to anything I would have needed. Honestly one of the BEST Dining experiences I have EVER had. I would recommend Alley House to anyone who wanted GREAT Food with Fantastic wait staff as a Bonus!!!”

“The atmosphere is lovely with the outdoor patio being next to the slow calming river. There is a lot of indoor space and a pretty large bar area. The food was solid and came out pretty quick, and of course the beer is great. A lot of variety in types of beer and the vibe is laid back and friendly. You'll see big families, kids, couples, all walks of life for clientele. My only suggestion is to improve the service for the "dog beach." While I love the fact there is an area dedicated for pets, there's literally no service for the four tables by the riverbank. You have to go into the bar to order and get a pager to come pick up the food when it's done. It feels very segregated from the rest of the restaurant it made us feel like second class patrons. It's not more than a few steps to extend service to the dog beach, so I hope they extend it fully to all patrons. It would just be nice to have someone from the restaurant at least check on you down there, but you're pretty much on your own and implied to bus your own table and put the dirty dishes in a provided cart with water (which was hot and not iced like the water on the regular patio). If you have a pet dog, just be aware you will definitely feel less welcomed than other patrons. And if you don't have a pet dog, you'll be just fine with the regular service as it seemed to be pretty regular with top offs and taking dirty glasses and plates.”

“This is probably our favorite restaurant in Pagosa Springs. The menu is small but the atmosphere is the best, most relaxed in town. They have a small selection of their own brews as well as a few other local + national beers on tap. It's definitely a find an open table and sit kind of place and they'll bring you the menus and take your drink orders. Their IPA was fantastic and cold which felt great in the mildly warm weather. There was live music the evening we were there and he was so good, had some of his own songs as well as some well known covers. Amazing voice. The best part in my opinion is the super dog-friendliness of the joint. The outdoor area is big with a lot of picnic tables to sit at with your puppers. It's such a chill place to hang out for a bit and soak in the weather and have some good beer. Another huge bonus here is the food. Everything we've had here was fresh and delicious but somehow they have managed to have one of the best pizzas I've ever had anywhere. The crust is thick and has enough chew to it and the sauce and cheese are great. I don't know what it is about their pizza but OMG their pizza OMG. Love this place!”

“I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the lunch my husband and I had today. We wanted to try the lunch buffet and got there at about 1:30, hoping we wouldn't be too late to have lunch as I believe they closed at 2:00 for lunch. Everything looked delicious . Then to my surprise the lady that was waiting on this said it would just be a moment and then remade everything that was on the buffet for us so that our meal would be as fresh as possible. The food was delicious and I can't say enough about how impressed I was..”
