“The food and the atmosphere were fantastic! Everything was so fresh and delicious! That pork shank - OMG! The roasted brussel sprouts with hummus were out of this world! The creamy lemon drop cocktail needs to be a permanent menu item! We tried several items on the menu and loved every single thing! We went to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Give this place a try because it is fantastic!”

Fresh spring rolls and peanut sauce is phenomenal and the ginger dressing on the salad is the best. I love their Pad Ke Mah….. you won’t be disappointed with anything you get.”

“This place is run by the loveliest couple who knows their flavors! We had some Boba tea to start which was surprising on the menu, but delicious. The breakfast tacos were very good with some amazing sauce, the churro waffle with Nutella so tasty, but the best thing was the Korean barbecue chicken and waffles! The Establishment is run in a school kitchen, but don't let that fool you, this is some incredible food!”

“Rosie's is one of the local's favorite spots & tourists too! AMAZING food, WONDERFUL staff, & overall GREAT place. We have seen the whole staff busting their butts during all these busy seasons that seem to run together now doing their best even towards absolutely rude people. Let's all give all of the food industry & grocery store workers some grace! Seems the world is short staffed and we have all forgotten how to be kind & have some patience. Long wait times take time to enjoy the company you are with, alone enjoy some peace and quiet, catch up on emails or texts, call someone you have been meaning to catch up with. Just have some kindness and PATIENCE. Rosie's is GREAT all the way around & we highly recommend it! Yummy appetizers, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and so much more. They have something for everyone and your group will not be disappointed.”

“Great local spot for some grub. I had the ham and apple panini and it did not disappoint! Unique blend of flavors that is light but filling. Love their big coffee mugs. Service was superb. Lots of people and you’ll probably be waiting in line if you don’t go early. That’s the only downside! Don’t bother driving, just walk from wherever you happen to be staying.”

“Very good brisket. The wait time it was a bit longer than I expected. I wish they would consider adding better sides to the meets. All we got was sweet potatoes, fries, and coleslaw. Besides, that was sweet baked beans , which it might have been from a can , so I didn't want to consider it. The five stars reflect just the brisket!”

“This is a great sandwich shop! Fresh meat, cheeses and breads. We came after the lunch crowd and were greeted with a smile. We're on the road and did not want "road food" just good, not greasy or overly processed, food. The Pike Deli was perfect! I had the Albacore Tuna and my partner had a Veggie sandwich! Couldn't be more satisfied! We'll be back - as we love Pagosa Springs!❤️”
