“Stopped in for lunch while we were passing through. Am super glad we did.I ordered the "O.G." chicken sandwich, which was a large, hand-breaded chicken fillet that was perfectly fried.Spouse ordered the green chili fries with bacon... Crispy basic cheese fries, elevated by a smothering layer of delicious (even if mild) green chili, and sprinkled with a generous amount of homemade thick, chunky bacon.The place itself is a little bit echo-y and loud, but not too bad. In warmer weather, I'd bet the outside seating is great.Yet another one of Colorado's amazing little mountain-town surprises.“

“We just stopped here yesterday for a quick snack for our 4 year old son and a coffee for my husband and I and it was so nice! The employees were very friendly and patient with us and the atmosphere was very cozy. We ordered a brownie for my son that we all ended up sharing and oh man!! That was the best brownie I’ve ever had!! I would definitely go back for another.“

“We came here for breakfast because we met the owners at the Spring, they were wonderful people so we wanted to give them a try. Very good coffee, pastries, and breakfast meals. My French toast was a special and I'm glad I ordered this! The toast had a perfect amount of cinnamon and it was really flavorful. The server was very nice as well. It's a very cute interior with hippie themed decor and drawings.“

“Rosie's is one of the local's favorite spots & tourists too! AMAZING food, WONDERFUL staff, & overall GREAT place. We have seen the whole staff busting their butts during all these busy seasons that seem to run together now doing their best even towards absolutely rude people. Let's all give all of the food industry & grocery store workers some grace! Seems the world is short staffed and we have all forgotten how to be kind & have some patience. Long wait times take time to enjoy the company you are with, alone enjoy some peace and quiet, catch up on emails or texts, call someone you have been meaning to catch up with. Just have some kindness and PATIENCE. Rosie's is GREAT all the way around & we highly recommend it! Yummy appetizers, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and so much more. They have something for everyone and your group will not be disappointed.“

“This is my favorite place to go eat after a long day of skiing. I only get out of my house about one day a week as I work from home and I so look forward to their food and a friendly exchange. The food is always amazing and the staff and owning family are friendly and always make my day!! The leftovers keep me happy and healthy!! Now if I could just make it there on a Thursday before they are out of Pho. :-)“
