Absolutely love this place! Amazing fresh ingredient pizza. The sourdough crust is the best we’ve ever had. The salad had more toppings than lettuce, which we love. The beer wall is a fun way to try different Colorado beers. The playlist is a great bit of fun. Irish, country, 60’s and more! The owner is wonderful to talk with. Be sure to go try it!
Hands down our favorite pizza in town! As locals we love that they are the only ones who make their pizza crust with organic ingredients. Everything from their Pizzas to Buffalo Wings to Salads are outrageously tasty and leave you feeling wholesomely satisfied! Thank you so much for all of your live music as well. The owner is from Ireland and is an 💎 of a gal!

Specific pizzas mentioned include the Hawaiian and the dubliner stampede, both of which are highly recommended. Salads and desserts are outstanding as well, with huge portions and all homemade. Chicken wings are so tasty and crisp. The restaurant has a wall of tap beers and wine with 20 taps featuring wonderful varieties of beer and wine. It is self serve, where guests grab a bracket tied to a credit card and enjoy their own hand poured libations. The owner is described as friendly, kind hearted, enthusiastic, and an absolute delight who cares so much about the product and service. Live Irish musicians play on Wednesdays. Dogs are welcome on the patio. Dublin Crust & Brew also offers catering, and one couple had the pleasure of having Dublin Crust cater their wedding in August, where guests said the food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is a must on a next trip to Pagosa Springs.
