Lauren, my server was amazing. She greeted me with a smile. She was happy and upbeat my entire service. I REALLY appreciate that as a lot of Pagosa has forgotten the art of great customer service.
Also. The place was very clean and every table was set up beautifully.
I started with Crab Rangoons. They were very good. My main course was Sesame Chicken. SO stinking good. Another added bonus, they're open on Monday! I will definitely be back.

Victor's Sushi 2 is a new restaurant in town, open 7 days a week from noon, offering a variety of Japanese cuisine. The owner has 28 years of experience in sushi-making, and the restaurant features a wide selection of dishes including sushi, sashimi, tempura, ramen, yakitori, teriyaki, sesame chicken, and vegetarian options. Although the previous beer brewery location may not exude a traditional Japanese feel, the decor is tasteful and comfortable, with inside and outside seating available.
The food at Victor's Sushi 2 receives high praise, with standout items like a baked mussels appetizer, shrimp tempura sushi topped with tuna and a phenomenal eel sauce, and the beloved mochi green tea ice cream dessert. The Sugar Daddy roll, which features lobster tempura inside and seared steak on top, is a favorite among customers, along with the Cowboy roll that includes soft shell crab and cream cheese. Fresh oysters and excellent sashimi choices are also highlighted. The miso ramen bowl is noted, especially when enhanced with perfectly prepared tofu.
