We hD breakfast when our son and family the morning they were going home.My grandchildren loved it !It was filling,yummy and affordable.If your in Pagosa Springs drop in. Their lunches are awesome too.They serve breakfast until 12:30. That was a perk also.I would recommend this place to everyone.Parking: Huge parking lot.Kid-friendliness: My grandchildren love it. Pancakes, eggs and baconAnd they are very picky.Wheelchair accessibility: To the left of steps up to the door.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we got lucky with seating. It's very small and few tables. That being said, the food was absolutely amazing and the staff was what you'd expect with a small business. They were very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend, just not during the lunch rush.

This is the one place that is real . Down home atmosphere. Food was good the plates were full no cheaping out here Cindy is the best waitress was on top of all our needs . We go to Pagosa springs all the time can't believe we have not found this place sooner . Must tryParking: Big dirt lot . Lots of parking no worries.
