Baked in Telluride Reviews
Love this place. We visit every time we're in Telluride
Bagels, pizza, breakfast croissants are pretty good. Skip the baked pizza roll, it's a whole lot of bread for $3+. I buy the bagels and return home where I toast it myself and add some cream cheese.
My favorite is the almond danish but it keeps getting smaller. I love a good bakery because I love to indulge but, I am going to boycott BIT as their prices are a bit extreme and who really needs all the extra calories and sugar?! A small burrito is ~$10. Oh good old BIT. I remember how it was before the fire. I am so glad they persevered and reopened. Their pastries are awesome, but it's the pizza that stands out. New York style slices, HUGE pizzas. It is great value for money in my opinion. Their chocolate croissants can feed 3 people....or one hungry grandpa. I love this place and hope they never leave.

Baked in Telluride is a popular spot for tasty pastries and breakfast treats. The bakery offers a variety of options, including breakfast sandwich bagels, croissants, donuts, and pizza slices, all at reasonable prices. The bacon breakfast sandwich bagel and bacon egg croissant are especially loved, with well-made eggs and bacon. Customers also enjoy their excellent coffee, including vanilla lattes with oat milk. While they may not have many vegan options, the vegan tofu scramble burrito is a favorite. The atmosphere can be lively and busy, especially on weekends or during town events, but the service remains friendly and helpful. Some customers have mentioned that hot lattes can sometimes be cool or taste like there is no coffee, but overall the place is well-liked. The bakery's selection includes spinach and feta stuffed croissants, dough pastries, and cookies, all described as delicious and flaky. Portions are generous, and baked goods like coffee cake tres leches and biscotti are flavorful, though some items may not stay fresh for long. Located just a short walk from the Victorian Inn, Baked in Telluride is convenient for visitors exploring the area.
