This was exactly what I was hoping it would be. Walking up the street everyone passes by with little white bags from here and I know why! The pastries were to die for and at reasonable prices (for a resort town). The bacon breakfast sandwich bagel, which had immaculate eggs and bacon in it was delicious. I had a bacon egg croissant which was to die for. It has the perfect amount of egg, bacon and crispy crusty goodness. We also got one of their big donuts which was ok. For the road we got one of the chile and one pizza roll and holy heck do I wish id just gotten a dozen of both. I'll definitely be back here next time I ride telluride.

Cool place for baked goods. Tons of options, although not sure they have many that are vegan. They also have a lot of breakfast sandwich things that all look delicious, the vegan tofu scramble burrito was delicious and I'd definitely get it again. The coffee was reeaalllyyy good, got a vanilla latte with oatmilk, just beware, they charge you for the flavor shot, the oat milk, etc. It's only a few cents each, just weird to see a receipt with all that on it. I'd definitely go back.

good food! i loved the BLT and my companions enjoyed their pizza. service was a bit slow but the staff was friendly. the decor is cute and the location is nice
Better than Starbucks, for basically the same price. Coffee was dark and delicious with a pinch of cinnamon and really hit the spot in the below freezing winds. They have amazing pastries. I can't speak to the service on a normal day cuz we came in on a busy weekend. One criticism, though, is that no one with any sense of compassion should charge $17 for a Ruben. C'mon, people!!

Baked in Telluride. The name for this place is very fitting! Upon entering this establishment, you are quickly engulfed with the smells of baked goodies! Quickly distracted by the two young men behind the counter doing the “Griddy” dance with each other, I should have turned around and walked out. I figure they were just having some fun during their shift. My wife and I proceeded to order only to have to repeat ourselves numerous times as the young man taking our order kept conversing with his co-worker and continuously asking “whuuut?”. After taking our order, we observed a slew of folks coming, receiving their orders, and leaving. After 20 minutes, my wife inquired as to how much longer it would be for our 3 sandwiches. The young man that took our order giggles and says he forgot to print the ticket for our order. Without an apology, he proceeds to make the wrong 3 sandwiches, sloppily wrapped them in paper and tossed them in a bag. He proceeds to hand over the bag with a grin and says “sorry about that.” We didn’t realize the sandwiches were wrong until we arrived at our hotel. The best part, they were talking trash about customers in spanish. Being spanish speakers, we understood everything. Unprofessional, rude, and useless performance. Avoid this overpriced place and instead get sandwiches next door at The Market! Much better quality, prices, and professional service. Baked in Telluride is exactly that. Baked.
Busy but the best bakery in the neighborhood.
