“I absolutely love this place! Seemed like an odd idea at first but the workers always seem like theyre enjoying their time working!Especially the very few gentlemen who work there, if you come across them, they’ll give you outstanding service!I recommend trying them out if you haven’t!“
“Storm King is a breath of fresh air in Montrose. Most of the selections in this town are regular blue-collar bars or subpar breweries. But Storm King crafts a great drink with either: bourbon, gin, whiskey or rum. Check out their specials on the blackboard or order a snifter of gin. Ya can't go wrong.I found a new place to hang out when I'm in town.“
“We were kicking off Sunday morning on our way back from a weekend on the west side of the state. The previous morning we did drive thru of a national chain out of convenience and it was not a pleasant experience. In the morning I need my caffeine and we wanted breakfast burritos. This checked all the boxes. Indicator one of good coffee and eats? A line to the door. The line moved swiftly and the service was pleasant and efficient. I got my large latte. Ahhhhh! We both enjoyed our breakfast burritos. They were amply packed with ingredients. We both had sausage. If I find myself in the area again, I will have a go to for my breakfast.“
“The Coffee Trader proved to be a delightful oasis during my long drive through charming Montrose. Nestled in the heart of this quaint locale, the welcoming ambiance and aromatic coffee drew me in instantly. The baristas exhibited a genuine friendliness, making the pit stop all the more enjoyable. The well-crafted coffee selections provided the perfect fuel for the remainder of my journey. If ever passing through this small town, The Coffee Trader is an absolute must for a rejuvenating break and a cup of finely brewed coffee.“
“We were ice climbing in Ouray, and Charlie recommended the brisket sandwich. We drove here for lunch! I ordered the brisket sandwich, cole slaw and sweet potato tots and their root beer, and my wife ordered the french dip. The service was terrific and the food was exceptional. Sooo many flavors in the brisket sandwich. The french dip was so tender! This is a brewery but we did not have any beer. Do not pass up a chance to try anything in the menu! I have pictures to upload.“
“The ambiance was fun, it definitely fits the bill looking like a sports bar. The food was about what you'd expect. As I have celiac disease it was a bit of a bummer that the fryers are cross-contaminated with batter for the fried food. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating for our large group without a reservation. I got the gluten-free go-to with the nachos (usually the next best option when I don't want a salad). The chips were stale but otherwise it wasn't bad with some mango salsa. The margarita was good and I gulped it down pretty fast while waiting for the food“
“The atmosphere was cozy. Food was average. The service was weird. Several dishes received were incorrect. The server was plopping this on the table really fast and taking off before we could say anything. We were also missing all the condiments on our tables, and it was easier to get up to get them ourselves.“
“Went during lunch. Friendly service, the food was delivered without a long wait time, fresh tasting and very good. The only reason I took away a star was because I still felt hungry when I left (small portion sizes). But to their defense, it was a lunch portion.“
“I ordered the chicken burrito, add egg with no potato and it was really excellent. It was protein packed, not greasy at all. Definitely enjoyed it and I even think it was better than my husbands sausage burrito. They even gave my dog a treat. Great, quick service.“
