I absolutely love Bluecorn. I think it’s the gem of Montrose. The food is simple but so delicious and nutritious. Feels very farm to table. And the candles are non toxic and expertly crafted. Love love love this place and will continue to come back every time I pass through Montrose!
Freaky freaky fresh. Food bomb, I got the breakfast sandwich with ham and avocado. Comes with coleslaw and I don’t like coleslaw but I’ll be damned I ate it. Golden milk is great for non caffeinated, made me do my lil dancey dance. Definitely will come again.
