THIS PLACE WAS INCREDIBLE. We went in for our friend’s bachelorette trip dinner and it was so much fun. We all couldn’t get over how aesthetic it was but also the service was AMAZING. Everyone was so kind and hosted so well, especially the guy that mainly took care of us, he went out of his way to take pics of us and make sure we were well taken care of!! The food was also insane (especially the steak) so thank you chef!! 100/10 experience and EVERYONE needs to go there now!
This is a very cozy and beautiful space serving innovative cocktails and great small plates. The service is very good. For a cocktail, I had a Miner’s Union, and it was really good. The Chips and Bresaola is a great example of taking something as simple as potato chips and making it a great snack. The Eggplant Schnitzel and Wagyu Sliders very excellent as well.

Van Atta Est. 1886 | Telluride Cocktail Bar & Restaurant is a Telluride gem. This cozy and beautiful space is a great craft cocktail bar and a superb small plates restaurant. The vibe is bar for sure and the tables are quite small, but the food is not to be missed. The drink roster is very creative yet there are options for the less adventurous. Standout dishes include the crispy fried artichokes, Eggplant Schnitzel, Wagyu Sliders, Chips and Bresaola, and the steak. The Eggplant Schnitzel is the best of all time. Brunch offerings include the salmon toast, pork belly/peaches grits, veggie frittata, and matcha chia pudding. The service is warm, professional, and very good. The bartenders are not aloof — they want you to be happy. The environment is so vibey and the decor is beyond dialed. It is a fun place for a bachelorette trip dinner and a favorite Telluride food & beverage experience. Reservations are suggested.
