We had an excellent time at The Peaks. It was our first stay in Telluride and we came for a week with 12 family members. The rooms were big, the bed was super comfortable, and the amenities were terrific. Some reviews from this summer mention no AC but our room had an external AC unit that made the temp perfect (and provided a white noise sound that we enjoyed) We had excellent meals at the hotel, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed our recent stay at the peaks resort and spa! The room was great with beautiful views and the staff was friendly and helpful. Close to hiking and very easy to get to telluride via the free gondola.
