“Tracks is an easy stop for lunch at the Telluride Mountain Village base. There's a bar and an order-at-the-counter restaurant that both offer fairly quick service...UNLESS you happen to walk in during the lunch rush and they get slammed. Because there's only person taking orders, it can take a long time to get your order in. We walked in at 12:30 (oops) and waited 20+ minutes to put our food order in, and another 15+ for the food. Not a huge deal if you're not in a hurry, but it's not the fastest choice if you're looking for a quick in-and-out on a powder day. We ordered the Avocado toast (and added chicken) and a bowl. The food was generously sized and the quality was solid. We also ordered a couple cocktails from the bar and those were super quick. We also stopped back by in the evening for a couple cocktails and the bartender (whose name escapes me but she's tall and blonde and was about to do a heli-skiing trip) was awesome. I also popped in for an afternoon latte one day and that was also great. Overall, solid pick as long as you're not in a rush.“

“Wow ! What an experience ! We decided to walk in and try some of their famous french onion soup ! We really lucked out cos my hubby and I said it’s the BEST french option soup we have had ! Our waiter was amazing the staff very friendly and welcoming! and the fact we were having a cozy romantic bowl of soup during covid was very much enjoyed ! It was our first restaurant since last February to dine in since the pandemic ! We will definitely be back ! Our hostesses were very accommodating and we will recommend to all our friends visiting telluride“
“Truly a welcoming friendly cafe not only with the best London Tea I've had (delicious earl w/steam whole milk) but also savory pasties, I tired the match raspberry olive slice. It also connects to the local bookstore, such a treat when just wanting to cozy up with a good book or magazine.“
“Had the kale and mushroom breakfast sandwich everyday and it was amazing. I’m gluten sensitive and the sourdough bread was an amazing substituteThey have gluten free cookies and cupcakes which are so goodEverything is delish and would come again in a heartbeat.“
“Love this spot next to the gondola! They make delicious (and expensive) coffee and teas and always have a lovely selection of tasty sweet treats. Friendly baristas. Picnic tables are nearby if you want to sit. I come here daily on skis to take a break when I’m in town.“
“We had an excellent time at The Peaks. It was our first stay in Telluride and we came for a week with 12 family members. The rooms were big, the bed was super comfortable, and the amenities were terrific. Some reviews from this summer mention no AC but our room had an external AC unit that made the temp perfect (and provided a white noise sound that we enjoyed) We had excellent meals at the hotel, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Shoutouts: Eric from the restaurant waited on our table twice and was fantastic. He was patient with our table of kids and really thoughtful about helping navigate through some allergies. Roza P from the reception desk was gracious, helpful, and friendly—we loved chatting with her as she showed us around the hotel. Can’t wait to come back soon!“
