Absolutely the best coffee and great place to visit with friends!
The kicker is the long line. But the coffee was Superb. Highly recommend it. Food and pastries were good as well

Based on the reviews, The Coffee Cowboy is a coffee shop and cart that opens early and serves the best coffee in town. The best chai in Telluride is real chai, not a chai tea latte, and might feel a bit spicy. The Lone Ranger is a go-to drink. The beverages and coffee are loved by groups. The menu also includes a lovely matcha, locally made pastries and quiche, and an Italian sub that is to die for. The space has comfy couches and chairs, a cool seating arrangement, and a cute WiFi spot. The staff are nice, the team is awesome, and the merch is great. The cart is cute, with a walk-up side or a drive-thru, and has the best views in Cortez. The prices are competitive and reasonable. Parking is a little tight, but there is ample outside street parking.
