Really great spot with excellent service and meal. Chicken pot pie pasty’s and bison 3cheese lasagna was sooooo good! Chop salad, shishito peppers and sweet potato fritters were perfect!

The Eureka Station in Silverton is known for its exceptional food, often considered the best in town. The restaurant is in a beautiful, very open & inviting building with a full bar and vinyl records playing. It is open from about June until October, depending on the weather, making it a popular spot. Menu favorites include Fish and Chips, the pork chop, and the Bison lasagna, which has been described as exceptional. The Pot de la Crème dessert is the most delicious and stands out. The food is carefully made and high quality with interesting flavors, including incredible salmon. The service is highly praised, with friendly, super hospitable and helpful staff. There is an outdoor patio option in the back, making it a recommended destination for a meal after a long day of exploring Colorado.
