Incredible bread great pizza

This is a must-visit every time we are in Crested Butte - wonderful menu, atmosphere and service. They sell their wonderful sourdough loaves when they open as well, though they do seem to sell quickly. Reservations require a deposit and also fill up quickly.
We've enjoyed their salads, mocktails, sourdough flatbreads, and pasta dishes.
Someone was getting openly fussy over having reservations and walking up to a line at opening, so just to put this out there - if there's a line at opening, it moves very, very quickly once the doors open.

We didn't get to stop in because our kids were too wound up. But simply the greeting from the host had me wanting more time to come visit.

The food is great and interesting. My only complaint is the “shareable food” is not shareable. The portions are single portions even though it is advertised as shareable. Just ignore that and order like it isn’t family style.

Unfortunately, the menu looked amazing but the food was not executed well. I didn’t take pictures of everything. The honey butter that we ordered with the bread was very small and still cold, hard to spread. The pizza was only ok. The pierogis had wonderful flavor, but were dry. The burrata salad was very small. We absolutely loved the kale salad. That was a standout. The drinks were also not awesome - we didn’t like the mezcal drink (even though we like mezcal) and the gin ones both from the Roy G. Biv menu. Service and atmosphere were both great, I just wouldn’t recommend coming here.

We had hope as a server tonight. She was absolutely fantastic. We had the most amazing time. This place is the best!

THE BREAD!! All of it!!
Squash soup in the bread bowl, Detroit style thick pizza
Tucker was a great waiter, really genuine and took the time to talk and thoroughly explain the menu offerings. Kudos to you!

Dietary restrictions: They are very good at noting and keeping track of any restrictions.

We arrived the day after Xmas after a 5 hour drive and they were perfect. A great atmosphere and very good bar service. Lots of smiles and warm greetings. The pizza also was amazing. Yum yum

This is a very bread-is-the-main-item kind of place, focusing on sourdough. The decor of this space is so quaint, and cozy, living up to the CB-vibe: Old West meets 2024. LOVE the inside, and the bar is beautiful! Even selling fresh loaves of bread at the front of the bar.
Phenomenal food, spectacular drinks, and even though they’d been open for only a week, the staff was really making a full effort to nail down the new cocktail list, and new menu. We witnessed firsthand the nuances of being just opened a week, but the staff was really having fun, and working hard to get it right. ZERO complaints!
Emma was our point of contact and tho the restaurant was getting busier with reservations as the night went on (we arrived at 5:15 and sat at the bar), she was so warm, welcoming, attentive, conversational, and tho she said it was her first shift of the season, she pretty much crushed it!
To start, the salted maple Old Fashioned was my fave and required I order two! My partner had the Chairlift Chats, which was one of the best gin drinks I’ve tried in a quite while!
For apps, we both ordered a different “chunk” of sourdough that were both so tasty, just not as sour as I’d hoped. The honey butter was amazing, with a citrus undertone, and the Gruyère special was absolutely delicious! As our main course, we spilt the Pork Rib Chop which was, far and away, without a doing, the best pork chop I’ve ever had. It had been perfectly brined, so it was very salt forward, but the apple puree paired unbelievably well with it. And the roasted maple apples and apple slaw with sauerkraut “dust” were fantastic!
Finally, per Emma’s recommendation, we ordered the mini cannolis and a chocolate chip cookie, both of which were super yummy! As we were leaving, Emma gave us one last parting suggestion of a “Brown Health Shot”, which was a ginger/grapefruit juice/simple syrup and bourbon. There’s no way I would have EVER ordered this from a menu (plus, I didn’t see it there ;), but I tried it, again at her offering… probably my new favorite way to mix something with bourbon!
Way to make the best of the beginning of the season… well done @BreaderyCB! Well done!! I certainly plan to make them a regular on my rotation moving forward! Management, and the owners should definitely give the staff a huge pat on the back! See you soon!!

YUM. Listen to everyone else and get that sourdough bread. Ho-ly buckets - it's amazing. Also shout outs for the pear ravioli as well as the flatbread.

Service and staff is good and the ambiance is delightful.

Definitely get a reservation or else you'll be waiting a while.

Their food and service were both outstanding. All the locals were buying bread. It's the best. Try the flatbread pizza made with sourdough. It's much better than the other pizza joints in town.

A fantastic meal! Make reservations. We got the ricotta starter, the cheddar jack (special) sourdough, spaghetti and meatballs, pierogis, the pear ravioli, and the red zepplin pizza. It was all incredible! The piergois were just like our Polish great grandmother’s. The bread hunk was so soft and fluffy! I would eat it all again!

Top-level cuisine, probably the best food we had in the entire state of Colorado! The salads were delicious and very fresh, the sourdough bread with the honeycomb and other pastes was phenomenal, and although we didn't try it, the pizzas looked really great. Really a remarkable and unforgettable culinary experience in Crested Butte and Colorado!
