Took a drive to look at fall color yesterday, 9/28 and decided to have lunch in Crested Butte. We got lucky!! Amazing service from Emmy! Fabulous food, brisket cheese steak sandwich ?. This place has an entire wall of draft beer! Watermelon margarita.was yummy! Beautiful remodel last year, dog friendly, patio and inside seating. All the employees work as a team! Friendly, super fun!!

Our family ate at Brühaus this past weekend; it was our first time in. The place looks great, the food is really good, and service is top notch. Emmy took great care of us; she was friendly, recommended several items on the menu that turned out to be super tasty, and was very patient with our two little ones. We will definitely be making this a regular stop anytime we are in Crested Butte.

The property/atmosphere is really nice but the product they sell is weird. The beer prices range from reasonable to comically high. I visited in October, but the food menu looked like something out of vail/aspen in December. The service was very slow. The place has potential, but is not currently operating at a reasonable standard

Big disappointment compared to the Brick. First, bartenders seem disinterested. The "vibe" is worse overall. they don't have menus -- always lame. you have to do the QR code thing. Importantly, it is a beer hall, and the beer sucks. They have a bunch of exotic options (say, 3 porters, some strange fruit things, sours). Then they have some bad coors/labatts/etc. stuff. But the selection is small, including less than the Brick. Several of those fancy beers are upwards of $42 for a PINT. Several in the 20s. ABSOLUTELY ZERO PALE ALES OR IPAS. So you have some bad domestics, some exotics at crazy prices, and some edge case beers. Big disappointment. 2 stars because it is still outside and in the sun.

Their fries are to die for, and the service is great. I don't normally do this, but this place deserves all five stars!

Recently in Crested Butte and ate at Bruhaus twice (it was so good the first time we went back). Outstanding food and service and a phenomenal selection of both draft and bottled beer. Definitely worth a visit.
I loved everything about this place! I actually went twice…first for dinner which I loved, then I had to go for lunch to try some of the other items that seemed more “lunchy” to me. Thrilled with both meals! My server was Sidney both times, and she was top notch. Incredible beer selection!

Food was great. We ordered chicken wings and sausage sampler. We couldnt finish the sausage sampler so we opted for some pocket sausage to go. Nolan was cool and took care of us. Woody i think she was the manager stopped by to chat and make sure we were enjoying everything which was really nice.

I forgot my credit card after paying and it's impossible to reach a human person that feels responsible to help. No phone number is available. On their website it reads that you are encouraged to contact them through their social media or email. But after multiple attempts over days still no response or any help to solve the problem. Overall a very disappointing experience!!

I've been going to CB for over 25 years and I am so disappointed in my experience at Bruhaus. The food was fine, the atmosphere was good, though I miss the Brick Oven, but the service was so horrible I will never go back. Why would a waitress ask how the food is if she does not care for the response? And never have I been charged a "large party" service charge for 4 adults and 2 babies. Our drinks took so long our food came out first, nothing was served to the table together and the waitress did not have a nice attitude.
