Waited for a table for 30 minutes and received no attention from the wait staff. Once we finally had enough, my party decided to take a dirty table and just bus it ourselves. After claiming our table, we then waited another hour for our food.

Worst service ever. Bartenders are awful. No sense of urgency when the dining area was was about 10% capacity and the line is out the door waiting for a drink.

Possibly the worst service ever. The line is out the door for a drink and the bar tenders are having a thumb war. I have never seen staff care so less. 20 minutes in line for a drink is typical and that's not when its busy.

This wasn’t our first time to come here after coming off the mountain. However today, with a very sparse crowd (15% occupancy) @ 4 pm, we patently waited for a waiter, as there were several hovering at their station. They ignored us. Ok….so one of our group of 7 walks up to the station and ask if someone can take our order…..we are told someone from the bar will take it. Strange….but ok. 10 minutes later….no one. We go to another wait station and ask again…..said they check on whose table it was…….5 minutes later an obviously annoyed twenty something waitress saunters over to our table ask if wanted to order anything…with attitude. Yes…….this was the worst service and most attitude I’ve received in many years in ANY establishment. ??‍♂️?‍♂️

I have had ground scores better than the food here. Servers give zero fks and will expedite horrendous food without a 2nd thought then look at you sideways when you ask for a setup (silverware/napkins). Vail is trash. Jose's next door- or even the hotdogs cart downstairs is a better option. Try cb burgers before eating here. Only good for the occasional band and patio vibe. Nachos are junk, fries were cold. burgers and chicken sandwich are small and dry.

Hard to pass up happy hour! Kids devoured the wings and loaded fries. Good price and good food after a day of skiing.

This place is filthy and with very poor service. The patio has 8+ unoccupied tables but they had not been bussed. It was so bad that guests took to cleaning tables themselves and piling up dirty dishes by the 'water stand." Yes, full service but get your own water and enjoy the views of piled up dirty plates. Want a napkin? You better go get it your self.On the plus side, the nachos weren't terrible.

The food was good, the drinks were ok and the waiter was ok, the host was very rude. We had much better experiences at any of the other restaurants and bars around the base of crested butte mountain.

The hostess was rude, rolled his eyes at us, and slapped the menus down on the table. Very rude. All we asked was to be seated by our other family that was dinning there as well and there were open tables around them.

Showed up 20 minutes early, doors were unlocked so I grabbed a seat near the bar to wait until I could order a beer. After about 10 minutes a guy came by and asked me to leave until they were open. I said fine, I’ll take my business elsewhere. If you’re a ski resort bar, keep your doors locked if you don’t want customers. Jose’s next door was great with no attitude.

The service here was great. Sadly that is where it ended. The first time we went the food was fantastic so we went back again to have lunch and the food was very lack luster. We were sure it was just something that time and when again (our third time) and again the food was so bad. If you have the opportunity pass up on this place and try something else.

We got fries and some beer. The fries were crispy and yummy! It was right on the side of the mountain which makes the view awesome. People dress in either their ski gear or go to change real quick. They also have a outdoor patio, but I didn't see any heaters. Service was quick. But they close at 5 so get there a little early!

This place has a great second story patio however, it lacks service and cleanliness. The management doesn’t hold this place accountable. That’s the problem. They know they’ll get the business as it’s at the base of the mountain.I’m sitting at the bar and it’s filthy behind it.We waited 20 minutes to get acknowledged. There’s beer everywhere and the drafts quit working. Save your money.

Outstanding grilled chicken sandwich and fries. I added bacon and the chicken is really nicely grilled on a real grill, still juicy, and with fries that have that crunchy outside.Day 3 at CB, and it’s by far the best food I’ve encountered.

The the J1 at the cashier was a complete jerk and rude. He was the only one being a jerk. Also the burger wasn't made right. Who puts a burger toppings on the side and have the bun with cheese sticking to the burger. You are supposed to have the top bun off to the side if you are going to do that with topings on the side not on top so it sticks. Someone needs to train the staff. I can't go back there anymore. They don't know what they are doing.
