The food here is amazing. I've been eating there for over 30 years. I have to say, though, that the mozzarella sticks were the best I had ever had. Please bring them back and put them back on the menu!!
I don’t appreciate being asked to tip the chef by the cashier with the chef literally standing over their shoulder listening. I declined to tip because prices were high enough and I don’t tip prior to receiving service. It seemed like the chef took it personally and held my food on the grill for an extra 15 minutes just to make me wait longer. I can see that the owner has stated they pay their staff a living wage, which I appreciate, but don’t guilt your customers into supplementing your employee’s pay at the register.
Great food, cooks are amazing. Friendly. Don't forget to tip them.
The price was very high if you're local the customer service is like being invisible, the food was very good but with the combination of its price point and direct pressure to tip while paying leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
Great service!
Pumps weren't working well and had to prepay, but the staff was more than happy to help out and apologized for any inconvenience. Good location in town to get gas on the way back from hiking near Slate River.
Too much upcharge. Even given the remote destination and touristy locations, still over 30% excessive upcharge on prices. Do not recommend.
Everything in Crested Butte is expensive, including this gas station diner. We split an excellent reuben sandwich for $17. The included fries were also good. Five four person booths, about ten high barstools for seating. Mid-afternoon, we waited about 15 minutes for our order.
Delicious cheap breakfast. Chill vibe
Gas me up baby! We love this little spot for breakfast sandwiches. The boys are fryin and the eggs are flyin. In fact, even better than our delicious Hurlers (which we called in ahead thanks to wisdom from our local hosts, sorry bout it!) are these Google reviews. It’s not a god damn sit down seafood restaurant in the Maldives you babies! On second thought, keep the ridiculous gas station complaints coming so I can tune into this page for years of entertainment to come.

The cafe was nice but the gas pumps were so slow it took 20 min to fill up and the line was insane.
Great burgers!
Delicious breakfast sandwiches. A must stop when you’re in Crested Butte! The quadruple bypass is my go to.
Best food in CB. Don’t even bother with the tourist traps. Gas Cafe is legit.
Awesome breakfast sandwiches. If you don't have time to wait, call ahead and order, they do get backed up. Try the Hurley with the hashbrown....you won't be sorry ?
