The signature dishes they have for rice bowls, unfortunately the rice was not cooked well and few grains were still brittle/hard. I don't think its healthy to eat partially cooked rice. This is a crowded place but quality of what they serve is important too. The Bombay & Calcutta bowls tasted good otherwise. Falafel was really good.
This place had excellent service, the waiting team and not to mention the professional cook for the Menu serves the best preped lamb meat in the Crested Butte area. Sliced into perfectly thin Gyro pieces for the perfect fit into Pittas style of delight that makes you wanting to come back for more. The pitas were great. One in our party said "I think that's the best pita I've ever had".
