I love Soupcon. I love John. I love Joel. I love Sharni and Bob. My memories and experiences of this place are akin to those of my family dining room I grew up having cherished family gatherings in. There is no better dining experience to be had. John’s a pretty good cook. I can’t wait to see the crew again in January. And if Joel will call me back, maybe September too. See you soon.

We have visited this restaurant three times over the past 18 years, and each experience has been incredible. This most recent visit was particularly outstanding! The menu creative, fresh and exciting!! The wine pairings were phenomenal and explained in-depth.
Chef John Leonardi and his outstanding team personally presented many of the courses, adding a special touch to the evening. Our server, Shandie, was a highlight of the meal. Her professionalism, extensive knowledge, beautiful presentation, and delightful demeanor made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We had so much fun with her!
We cannot say enough good things about this restaurant, its incredible food, and its exceptional staff. Highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back the next time we're in CB!!

More stars are needed to rate this fabulous team and restaurant. Everything is absolutely superb…from the moment you walk in until you leave. The attention to detail in all aspects of the operation are outstanding.
Dietary restrictions: I am gluten intolerant and the Chef always prepares my courses with the utmost of care.

Chef John did not disappoint. Food and experience were on-point. The prefix menu changes every few weeks and is a true culinary journey. Dining experiences lasts the full evening. Ambiance is cozy with only a few tables, and service is impeccable. If you love fine dining with a more casual atmosphere, Soupçon is a must when in CB.

Food and service were incredible and very quaint and romantic during the winter. For comparison, food is on par with Frasca and I think better service and atmosphere.

We went for the Miette menu and were really disappointed in this place. I’m hoping they were just having a bad night because the menu in theory was excellent: however, my ‘filet’ was not a filet and was way overcooked. The Brussels, broccolini, and carrots were completely cold and missing half the ingredients that were listed on the menu. The lobster bisque and Caesar salad were excellent, but that was about it. Could tell no effort was put into our meals, which is a bummer given the $100+ per person price tag…

My husband and I had the best time here for our one year wedding anniversary on our CB trip. Sharnie and Bob were INCREDIBLE. They both are so impressively knowledgeable and talented with their service, while also being SO kind & fun. We had the best time, and left feeling like family. All the best to Sharnie and Bob ♥️ and major kudos to the whole Soupçon team!! Thank you for such a special experience. The food was incredible. The amuse-bouche made me realize for the first time how food can make you feel something to the point of tears. Incredible menu & service, highly recommend.

Excellent service and delicious food. We were treated with kindness and very warmly welcomed. Definitely overpriced even for this high quality, but would recommend regardless.

Went to this much hyped restaurant with another couple in late July. Cool location sorta. Its in a tiny alley, so some tables are literally 10 feet from a dirt alley. The food wouldve been marginal at a fair price, but at $200/plate, you really need to nail it. And while cabins are cute cozy and quaint, at that price i dont need to be sitting on top of the people dining inches away from me. The service was ok. The guy waiting there seemed affable and informed. The lady working there (our waitress) was curt, stuffy and serving up a second portion of that salty crested butte attitude. While I can let marginal food prep slide, snotty waiters is harsh stuff at such an astronomical price. The coup de grace was when the apparent owner or head chef saunters out to greet the customers IN A FRIGGIN BASEBALL HAT. French food, fine dining, and this clown in a baseball cap. maybe he was a sous chef I dunno. Im not sure how many fine french restaurants he has been to, but wow. Over $1000 for our "fine" dining experience and I get a joker for a chef. Typical CB junk show
