I love the hideout, it's a small and unassuming spot just off the main street of crested butte. The food there is the absolute best with a great selection of Asian fusion but also more traditional meals like burgers for those that may want to simplify. The quality of the ingredients is definitely noteworthy. Their vegetables are too notch and they source really great quality meats.

It is some what of a cramped place just because it's so small, that aspect was not my vibe and I also got the impression that the staff was spread a little thin. We had a great waiter but he seemed like he was definitely juggling a lot of different tables because we didn't see him much. I was also surprised to find that they don't do refills on fountain drinks, but they definitely keep the complimentary water going.

The hideout is definitely worth the visit, I'm not sure it's my personal vibe but compared to most spots I feel like the quality is worth the expense. Definitely a solid restaurant to check out

Really, really good meal. The bao buns with pork belly and bang bang sauce were maybe the best I’ve had. Wings were great. Shrimp was pretty good also.

Food and staff were great. Went to get a burger, left thinking about their deviled eggs. Everything was delicious.

I used to love coming here under previous ownership. I ordered a smash burger and it was terrible. I wanted it not well done and they told me it was impossible. I gave it a try and won't ever try one again. Tasted like a burger you'd heat up at a convenience store. I raise beef and I would never cook it this badly.

Dave, the royale burger is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The cheese and truffle with the way you smashed the burger 10/10. Eric, an amazing server thank guys.

I’ve been here several times now and it’s officially my go-to spot when I’m in town. Anyone I bring with me always loves it! Super flavorful and wonderful selection of dishes. The chef does a great job and service is always awesome. Don’t sleep on The Hideout!!

Good food but host was rude (told me to be more direct when I asked to sit at a picnic table) and server rushed us out while we were still eating.

The Hideout is a great restaurant tucked away in Crested Butte, Colorado. There is indoor/outdoor seating. The menu has a great selection and has a good mix of dishes with Korean and Thai seasonings creating great flavor. The miso chocolate chip cookie sounded weird but was one of the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever tasted. Make sure to get one.
