We enjoyed a delicious dinner and great service. Our burger was delicious and our friends enjoyed the asparagus and signature prime rib. Highly recommend having a meal here in a beautiful historic saloon.

Had an amazing experience dining here, had a reservation at a different place and stopped by here and decided to stay because of the atmosphere and our wonderful server, Amanda. She was knowledgeable on her wines and cocktails as well as the menu. I have been in the service industry for years and this woman is top of the line with her style of service. Personable yet professional but made us feel right at home while giving us amazing food and drinks. Her steps of service are also incredible and seeing how she also speaks with other tables and every experience is very personalized to those she’s serving. 10000/10 service, would come back for her and the Flat Iron steak!

This is a cute spot and my hopes were high, but that was disappointing! Don’t get me wrong, people were nice and the food was okay, but the price to portion ratio was very disproportionate. I would be willing to pay that kind of price if either the food, service, or ambiance was exceptional, but I can’t say it was memorable on any front. Would not recomend!

Decided to eat dinner on the patio during our girls trip and now only had one of the best French dips ever, but had amazing service by our server Amanda. She checked on us often and was such a great presence during our time at The Wooden Nickel. 10/10 would recommend dining here while in town.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly attentive, caring, and genuinely cared about wanting to cultivate a nice dining experience for us. The food was delicious - they sat us outside right away with no wait… and our waitress Amanda went absolutely above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and ensure we were having a great time :)
