Our Food Is Art Restaurant

The food was not good (got the ribs) and I waited an hour for it.

Probably the only spot that was open for dinner in this small town but it does burgers well and that’s all I need. Good beer list as well if you’re looking to decompress. Service can be a while but they’re making food fresh here.

This place blew me away with how friendly and engaging everyone was behind the counter and behind the window. Bethany brought such a warmth and kindness to her customer interactions- it was very uplifting to witness and experience.

The food was good and so was the service. We did a to go order only took about 15 minutes. I would go there again.

Good food, but horribly slow service.

We did not have a good experience. You can tell a lot of locals go here. Everyone seemed to know one another. We waited for about 15 minutes before they took our order at the counter which was weird. They just kept ignoring us and didn’t explain why they wouldn’t take our order. It was busy but nothing too crazy. Then we waited another hour before we got our food. I wish they would have communicated better about the wait. When we finally got our order (which was to go since we were already tired of waiting), we were missing half of it and had to go back. Then they almost gave us someone else’s order.
The food was good (or I was just starving from the wait! I ordered a half salad and salmon cakes (which was expensive for the little we got). Others in our party were disappointed with the portions too. The burgers don’t come with fries. The kids menu was a joke. Don’t order the chicken nuggets or the “fresh fruit” which were just oranges cut as garnishes. We all felt hungry afterwards.
I would not recommend the place to out of towners.

Delicious!! Possibly the best burger I've ever had. & Sweet potato tater tots?? Where have these been all my life? 🤤
The cherry smoked pulled chicken is also delicious. Friendly, awesome staff. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely come back here!

I could tell that they were a little slammed last night but the staff was sweet as heck and the food was incredible!

The burger was great.. The gentleman working the front counter was very helpful, and the food came out fast! It's definitely a good spot in Crestone Colorado!!!
Wildlife had some apples when we came out of the resteraunt.

Umm…considering Crestone used to be Mexico, for the love of the Sangre de Cristos and all that is Holy, do NOT call one of your tacos “Beanerific” - that is literally a derogatory name against us, as someone from here… let me do you a favor, just change the name! Nice people, and great food. Do it for the OG SLV homies!!

I agree with a past reviewer in that it was very bland, had the fish tacos, very refreshing and light after a hike. Could have used a sauce option with some bite to it.

No complaints, and compared to most small restaurants in this area of the state, the food was very good.

Staff was extremely friendly, and food was incredible. I was not expecting much from a small town such as Crestone- but the attention to detail this place puts into their food is up there with Michelin level restaurants. Extremely good 5/5 recommend again
