“Stopped in for lunch. Middle cost, but really fresh ingredients with GF and Vegetarian options with great cheese and pesto options. We had a Paleo bowl, panini, and vegetarian chili. Very fresh and flavorful!”

“I called Jade in September about catering an event in Buena Vista in October, but when she said they owned and operated an Asian Food Truck, I thought I was out of luck. She asked what I was looking for and we went from there. I live in MA and hosted a brunch the day after my goddaughter's wedding, on October 23rd and I could tell just by her voice and enthusiasm that she and her husband would be able to pull it off AND to exceed my expectations. I agreed with all of her suggestions and on the morning of the 23rd, I went down early to check on things and to meet her and it was all uphill from there. The food was fabulous, the attention to detail and my wishes were honored at every step of the way and we pulled it all off seamlessly even though we were 1800 miles away during the planning stage. I recommend her highly and can't wait to visit her food truck the next time I am in the West.”
