“As someone who’s from Austin, Texas, the taco capital, I don’t hand out compliments on tacos lightly. Cactus Restaurant is right up there with some of the best tacos I’ve had.

The quesatacos were absolutely amazing, crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavorful, tender meat. The beans had a rich, homemade flavor that really stood out, and the rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned. You can tell everything is made with care.

The portions were generous, the service was warm and welcoming, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. If you’re anywhere near Center, Colorado, do yourself a favor and stop by. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town.”

“We went multiple times every summer for the 10 years that we had a cabin in South Fork. The buffet was excellent, especially the chile rellenos and sopapillas! We loved visiting with the sweet owner, such a special lady! It has been 6 years since we have been back to Colorado and we definitely plan to eat here when we come next week!”
