We stayed on a hectic, busy weekend (9/26-9/28) and the staff was incredible! Hotel Manager, Frank, moved Heaven and Earth to get my father into his room quickly, so he could access privacy for his medical needs. When I arrived to check-in the next day, they had my room ready, early, because evening GM, Amy, cleaned the rooms, HERSELF! Double Eagle is knowledgeable and respectful of registered ADA Service animals (thank you, Guest Services Rep, Aliyah, for making check-in smooth...
So..we come here almost every weekend. This time i need to mention things. First off..poor me..lost hundreds of dollars while everyone around me was winning :( booo!!
Okay now to the things that matter. Service is always GREAT. I truley love the employees. I was dissapointed in our dinner. My wings that they do on weekends were soo dry. I could not even eat them. I dont understand how they get it that bad. I had to buy vending machine snacks so i didnt go to bed hungrey....

Like Alex he is amazing. He’s a floor tech and he really goes above and beyond to help. Please recognize his good leadership skills and customer service skills.
