We loved our stay! The rooms were clean, the workers were friendly, all around a great stay! Manager in front was so friendly gave so many suggestions that will definitely have us coming back!
We stayed here during our visits to the Ice Castles. We loved the Ice Festival outside of our window, the free parking garage within walking distance of the Ice Castles, and the delicious breakfast at Lombard’s. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the front desk helped us with everything we needed during our stay. Frank, the hotel manager, was kind and helpful and Kevin at the front desk helped us with all our needs. Thanks for a great stay!
I must say that the front desk staff at the Double Eagle Casino! Lots of friendly conversation good job.team! So many So many positivity vibes , It’s almost contagious. It’s not the old negative Nancy’s and people that hate their jobs. You know what I’m talking about you know those bullies. Those folks are just amazing. It’s definitely different from where I live. You’re lucky to be able to strike a conversation with somebody without an argument happening. Or potentially...
