Casa Cortes Family Mexican Restaurant

First time here. Mostly disappointed in the food. They have potential, but the first thing they need to do is fix the green chili. Their's is mostly red, and tastes like weak tomato soup with a few chilies in it. That should be the cornerstone of a good Mexican place, and their's is not good. Rice and beans were very good, food came out quick and the server was a nice young lady.

Way overpriced for the flavorless trash food. Service was slow, every single aspect is an up charge, 2.00 to use the credit card machine? lol this Dacono, not Denver. I wouldn’t recommend this place, just drive up the road to the gas station and grab a snacks, better quality, and way more bang for your buck.

We were picking up a car we had just bought when we decided to have dinner here. It was so delicious. The mole was great and the bacon wrapped shrimp delicious. The service was great as well. We will definitely be back.

Casa Cortés has quickly become our family local favorite this last year. Best Mole and Carne Asada in town, not to mention the margaritas. The staff is always so friendly, and bonus points for when Rueben the owner is around and comes to chat!

Food is great. Staff were nice. Don’t know why it took us this long to check them out. Someone else mentioned this is like a great hole in the wall place and it is very accurate. Definitely going back.

We all have heard of the cliché about the little hole in the wall restaurant. But this restaurant is really a little hole in the wall and their food is amazing. That is all I’m gonna say in this review. The food and service and drinks are amazing.!

Don't order food to go... They don't put sauces on the side , instead the sauces go all over the combos. Therefore whatever texture the food was supposed to have turns into one big soft , no texture,soup.

The best true Mexican food around! The owners are amazing humans and it feels like dinner with the family! The Tacos De Birria were delicious and the Chile Relleno had fabulous flavor! The kids insisted on the fried ice cream and banana split and they were perfect! Thankful for great food, family, and this local business! Either dinning in or taking out you can’t go wrong with Casa Cortés!
