Fresh mozzarella cheese, locally sourced sausage, light crispy crust, fresh ingredients prepared right in the middle of the restaurant. The craft beers were top notch , the Oktoberfest and Hazy IPA were fantastic. I took a six pack of the IPA back to the hotel.“
