We had an exceptional dinner experience at the Windsor on Wednesday night. The arancini balls, wild mushroom toast, escargot, steak frites, and herb crusted lamb chops were all outstanding. Cody, the sommelier and owner, arranged for our favorite wine from Sutcliffe Wines in Cortez to be available. The staff consistently provide a phenomenal experience. If you haven't visited yet, I highly recommend it. Wednesday features half-priced bottles of wine.

Food and atmosphere is amazing, and the staff are out of this world awesome!
