Great service
We like going here. The treats are quite tasty! We shared a Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard with chocolate ice cream. MMMM!
Food is good and staff is friendly but the restaurant is woefully understaffed! ONE person working on a Sunday at lunchtime is BAD business. I stood in line for 20 minutes and waited another 20 for my hot food
Prices have almost doubled the last couple of years, they have no grill (so no burgers), no chocolate ice cream, etc.
My fiance went in to get a little treat. The two young men at the counter looked at him but didn't acknowledge him at all. The sign says under new management but seems like nothing has changed.

Very busy place with only one employee we ordered 45 minutes before we got here and our order was still not done

Ordered some chicken strips and cheese curds. Staff were very friendly. The new manager in charge of the place was extremely kind and attentive. Over all very pleased.

Kids working there were nice. They were literally out of everything! I mean everything. Surprised this place stays in business with such poor inventory managment.

Customer service was terrible! Manager on duty was very rude. My recommendations for her would be to find employment elsewhere. Where you wouldn’t be burdened dealing with the public!

I saw a young lady get accosted by a very angry customer here one time. I could tell that he was angry, for his face was very red and he was gesticulating wildly with his arms. The man was yelling something about “seven dollars”, and he appeared to be upset with the financial decisions of the Dairy Queen corporation, as he mentioned taking out a loan. The staff member, although frightened, kept her composure, and narrowly avoided having to call the police for everyone’s safety. I hope that man finds the mental health services and financial counseling that he clearly needs.

Our chicken strip baskets were missing the toast, when I ask about it I was met with an extremely rude response of our toasters broke I can't make toast if the toaster's broke What do you want me to do give you a $0.60 refund? Truly the rudest counter help I have encountered anywhere! Our pretzel sticks were rock hard, they're normally quite soft. We opted to go elsewhere to find ice cream, we did not come here to be treated so rudely. We will not be back at this location as long as Aaliyah is at the counter!
