I got there when they opened and the orange chicken tasted like it was the burnt leftovers on the bottom of the pan from the previous day.

This experience was like none other. I loved the, food, service, and most of all the people. I will definetly go here again, the food is amazing, I enjoyed it very much especially the Sesame Chicken, it's just amazing and tastes great. The wait was not long and the service was friendly there, people checked in on us once in a while and it was great. I had a great time and experience, I will definetly try some other foods that they have especially since that the food, service, and people there are amazing, friendly, and kind. I've been going here a lot and their food is very thoughtful since that you have many choices on the menu and if you have any food restrictions they can make it to your liking. I love the owners, they're especially friendly and kind to people young and old.I love their decoratins and their restaurant is very clean and well managed. I definetly reccomend this place to everyone, everywhere. Again, I love their food and really enjoy the atmospere it gives off and a quiet space to relax.

The manager was terribly rude, worst customer service ever!!! My money $76 needs to be refunded!!

I returned and spoke with the owner and he was very kind. He gave me my fried rice that we didnโ€™t receive with our previous order. We will return, food is good and now service is great ๐Ÿ˜Š

My boyfriend took me here for a valentines dinner and all night and the next day I was puking nonstop. Ive never came here before but wont be going again. I ordered the sesame chicken and got food poisoning.

Spent $76 and fried rice was missing, called have them bring us some. The manager told me to come and pick it up and he would give me 2 egg rolls. I told him we paid for delivery and the rice to bring it to us. He said he would give us a chicken fried rice and I agreed along with the egg rolls. He said no egg rolls. I asked to speak to the manager he was the manager. He was very argumentative. Worst customer service ever!!! I expect a full refund!!

Soupless...This is the story of the missing egg drop soup. We haven't been to this restaurant in over a year and this experience made us remeber why. We decided that we were in the mood for some Chinese and didnt want to drive to Montrose so we went here instead. Parking was easy and we were seated quickly...but thats where the positive experience ends.

Our waitress acted like we were an inconvenience and didnt give us an good vibes - we should have left then. We ordered the beef and broccoli, a sesame chicken, and a large egg drop soup. Well, after a typical amount of time, the two entrees came out...but no soup. We thought that was strage but we thought oh it should be out soon. Last time we ate here the soup came out 10 minutes after everything else. Well, my son kept looking for his soup. After 10 minutes, we asked the waitress if the soup was coming out anytime soon. She said she would check. She didnt. My son watched her with anticipation since he really wanted his soup. She never went back and never spoke to anyone. Needless to say at this point, he never got his soup. I ended up making him egg drop soup when we got home. Also, we wondered if the sesame chicken ran away since it was most breading and no chicken. I'm 1000% disappointed and dissatisfied with the House of Chin. As a local, I'm taking my money to other restaurants. We won't be back.

I work from the road so food is kinda a big deal but not going to dog the restraunt other than i paid 20 dollars for a bowl of pho, but I got a Nissan Ramen bowl so I can't say I'm happy

I cannot express enough how great/kind the people are here. I had some issues ordering online and I ordered the wrong thing. They immediately made it right even though I was in the wrong. They were BEYOND kind about it. And on top of it the food was really great. They have my business for a lifetime.

I ordered Pho to go. It came with all of the noodles in the broth. The noodles soaked up the broth and it was like eating mushy soggy noodles that tasted like chicken broth. Couldnโ€™t even eat 2 bites. Disgusting. Everything should have been packaged separately. I will never order again
