Went and had dinner a week after opening and ordered the ribeye and couldn't have been more disappointed for the price i paid for a cut that is normally 5/8, 3/4 inch compared to the 3/8 maybe 1/2" ribeye they serve there. Will never order any steak from them again!! Actually never even went back!!!

Very expensive for some "ok" food... I had a hamburger, French fries, and a drink ... the Dr pepper was "flat" (I switch to root beer, it was "ok") ... the burger was overdone and not that great... was over $20 for my burger, fries, and drink before gratuity... the atmosphere was fine... cleanliness was fine... and the servers did fine... nothing stood out as impressive ...

After an hour and a half, we never received our food. Was told after an hour that they were short staffed, however; patrons who came in after us were receiving their food. If the wait was because of a staffing issue, it would be best to advise guest the wait will be long before they order. Also, in that hour and a half we had to ask for refills. Nobody ever came to our table to check on us

Went to rustic charm and ordered off the special menu…. Waited over an hour for food that we finally cancelled due to it never showing up. Delta needs some help in the restaurant area… and better service.

Food is really good, it felt like a linger wait then most restaurants but the food was excellent. Pool table in the back, nice wood tables and bar. Felt very comfortable inside, tables were wobbly and kept tipping everytime the kids leaned on it. Service was quite sharp, not sure if it's bc of the kids. Otherwise well return again

They seemed to be going through many changes at the time we visited. Only one member of wait staff and new cooks. The waiter was also the bartender and so he was always busy but he always went around and checked on everyone and kept up I think quite well.Our fried mushroom appetizer was over cooked. I had a BLAT with a fried egg. It was quite good.It has a nice atmosphere and they have fun events occasionally in the evenings. They do karaoke and one night had dwarf wrestling I heard.
