I stopped going to this place a while back because every time I order in the app and I go there in the Drive-Thru, no joke, I'm never there less than 10 minutes just waiting for my food, and the food is not the same as what it used to be.

I saw a manager ,on the line, pick something out of a tray and eat it. I asked him since when is it ever okay to eat anywhere in a kitchen or food line in a restaurant? His response was it's okay I am the manager. I said it is not EVER okay for anyone to do such thing. Thank goodness most of his staff agreed and were actually afraid of the young 20 something year old.
The other staff were outstanding and greatly appreciated.

They are trying their best. Young lady at the window was very nice. They are so busy the team could benefit from having a runner ,like at Culver’s, cars wrapped around the building waiting but food was made fast.

At 2:00 my wife and I came in the lady qt front register is beyond rude and unprofessional the way she's talking like you're not worth her time of day there was also a hair in my wife's burger took it back and lady up front in a sparky voice says are you serious and didn't even look at it they remade it but how rude and unprofessional can you be also complaining that she hasn't had her break guess I don't get one loud enough for customers to hear I will be making a formal complaint as well

My wife and I arrived at the drive thru 30 minutes before closing on Wednesday evening. Two of the most kindest ladies we have ever had the pleasure of helping us. Went well beyond our expectations that after a 5 minute chat of why are Wendy's hamburgers square the Manger answered, because Dave doesn't cut corners on anything. We were so taken back that we forgot about the food till we got home. A breath of the freshest air. I strongly recommend Wendy's after dark in Delta.

I enjoy Wendy's but our local location has been having quite a hard time having reliable staffing. Wait times are long and it always seems they have 2-3 people working the busiest times. Also, I always get questioned about my app (coupons)and have recently been told I can't use my rewards with my coupons which I have been for years. I realize the local stores don't have control over the apps but it would be nice to not be spoken to so rudely when I use my app. Prices have also sky rocketed $35 for 2?!

Normally we have no problems at this location, but this time around it was horrible. There was a new employee taking orders,she was getting no help not being properly trained...she was trying her best but the so-called management was rude to her and unhelpful. They were out of so many random items, soda machine barely had any options. Food took forever to get made then was not warm when it finally came out and there were quite a few people in the back and drive thru. Not sure what the problem getting things done were, but heard a lot of chit chatting and giggling. Seemed like the new girl was doing everything except cook the food.

Just wanted to stop for a quick bite, customer in front of us took a while to apply a coupon so we did a mobile order and it directed us to use the drive thru, (we were in the restaurant and let them know) we are in an over sized van so the person behind the counter told my husband he needed to walk through the drive in to get our food ? terrible attitudes and service.

I threw up after the sausage and egg breakfast biscuit. Ate less than half because it tasted old and there was a weird crunchy film on the egg I thought was egg shells but it looks like it was just sitting under the warmer for a long time.

Staff was nice in general, but did not pay attention to my order when it was placed, (charged me for an extra drink I did not ask for) and he walked away right before it was called ready. I had to ask someone to hand me half my food after waiting a minute for him to come back.
The fries and drink were the only okay things. The burgers gross… The buns were stale, the cheese was super old looking, like it had been a patty with cheese that was reheated.
