I wanted to pop on and give a good review for Wendy’s in delta because though they did mess up my order for DoorDash as I can’t have hamburger. I called frustrated and asked to speak to the manager and the manager at 8:00 pm on 11/23/25 was very apologetic and wanted to make it right she asked us what I would like in order to make it up to us. When I said a free large frosty and my chicken sandwich she acted surprised and asked what else I would like but I said that would be all I wanted. so my husband and I went down and picked it up. We got many apologies during the incident so thank you to whichever manager was on duty at the time I wish I remembered her name. You won’t find the same service at McDonald’s or Tacobell

There are only 3 hard working people at the restraunt maybe the 2 males Oscar' and Jake should work more often and manager Nellie all respectful and have great customer service i would rather eat when they're are working

Bacon was like at Dennys. Very thin with lots of fat.
Horrendous. Somehow the food was cold immediately out of the bag, likely because they used ingredients sitting in the hot holding for hours. Bacon was undercooked on top of that. Absolutely disgusting, went into the trash immediately. The frosty was like chocolate milk, not like ice cream at all. I don't know what it is with the fast food spots in Delta but they are awful.

i ordered a brownie batter frosty with chocolate ice cream, and some nuggets. she hands me the food and all is well but she hands me the brownie batter frosty with vanilla ice cream not chocolate. i point this out to her and she looks at me like i just asked the dumbest question ever and said “thats brownie batter.” and i said “i mean the ice cream.” and she just stares at me so i leave. she had a upsidedown cross tattoo on her face, idk why she looked at me like that when i was explaining it very clear.
