They overbooked for Valentines which I could forgive, but what I couldn't forgive is the lack of service. My husband was waiting in line and was at the counter when their hostess or whomever was seating walked right past my husband to serve the couple behind him. My husband said “yes, we had a reservation.” Only then did he acknowledge him and then he tried to sit us at a high top did by side or at the bar. I asked about our table and he seemed put out to put us at a table. We sat at a table for 15 minutes without acknowledgment, a glass of water, anything. We left and didn't eat there.
This place is a joke! We waited two hours with a reservation just to still not even get food and still get charged for the one drink they managed to stumble over... bad organization no communication the servers go to the tables they please. Reservation was at 8:30....Restaurant closes at 10pm it was 10:30 and we hadn't even gotten chips and salsa. Just one drink don't not waist your time!
Dropped the ball across the board on valentines day. Their reservations fell apart so everyone was waiting in a line for a solid 30 minutes. My plate came out cold after watching people drop like flies without ordering or while waiting on their food.
Service was horrendous. We arrived at 8 for an 8:15 reservation and were not seated until 9 and offered zero explanation or compensation for the wait.
I'm vegetarian, my date wasn't. The server we had it was her first night on valentines day and she barely spoke English. She was fine and didn't mess anything up! She was sweet. However it took over an our to get just our drinks, drinks were too sweet and bad, and the food was bland and overpriced. Zero chance of me coming back. They greatly overbooked. We had to wait in a 10 person line for 30m to get our table.
They were not prepared for the volume of dinners. Which is a bit surprising as it's historically one of the busiest dining nights each year, reservations were ignored so everyone was just standing around those dining, no organization and the hostes was missing 90% of the time, yet so many tables were empty. Once seated, the table was worn down and splintering, with the surfaces uneven. Server was nice and over worked so we saw her a total of two times, Not her fault but not the level of service expected from here, left dry and parched. Food was just ok.
Had a reservation on Valentine's Day but it still took and hour just to get appetizers - canceled diner order and left. They cannot plan well here with reservations. Had crevice appetizer - mediocre.
The line was so long, that we had to leave and eat somewhere else otherwise we would have to wait over an hour just to sit, i reserved a time and everything. The food SEEMED good but i wont know
The restaurant was overbooked. did not get seated until 35min after our reservation. Understaffed. there was one server for half the restaurant. Took forever to get our food and took a while to get our check once finished.
Was there for 30 mins before I had to ask for a server. Never got our drinks, a neighbor table saw us waiting and gave us their drinks. Food was lukewarm after waiting for over two hours for food. Reservation was at 545, didn't leave until close to 8.

Caveat: it was St. Valentine's Day and we would definitely go back .... we arrived for our 445 pm reservation, got to choose our own seat (as there were only a few others in the restaurant at that time), and had our order taken almost immediately. Server was terrific. Food was amazing and served very quickly. Then the restaurant filled up and we waited and waited to see our server again. When we finally did (40+ min later), we ordered more food and drinks, yet those took close to an hour to arrive. There were many tables around us -- all filled -- either waiting to place their initial order or waiting to get their check. Throughout this, the line at the door backed up and up and up. Have to say, round two of the food and drinks was just as amazing and the server was very apologetic and gracious. She even dropped off a few shots of tequila as a gift. Overall, the food was great, the staff - although overwhelmed - was gracious. As I said at the outset, we would definitely go back.
I went with some friends, every dish we ordered lacked any flavor/salt, it was the blandest food I've ever eaten in a restaurant. Service and ambience were fine.
Food is delicious! Perfect for a large group. We went on a Tuesday and there was only 1 server. She wasn't very personable and didn't approach the table frequent enough but her service was mostly timely.
The staff is very attentive. Food is okay. Great happy hour value, but some items weren't great. The street tacos were best.
Good reviews were deceiving, the food wasn't good and the server barely spoke English so unfortunately we couldn't order our food the way we wanted it. With so many good restaurants out there, we won't be visiting this place again.
