I had been craving injera for weeks, and we saw the great reviews here and had to try. The food did not disappoint and the wait staff and owner were wonderful hosts. We will be back.

I came in for a platter and a cappuccino and left with a full belly, a happy heart, and leftovers to enjoy the next day. First impression of the food? Wow. This was edible art. Perfectly plated with vibrant colors and textures, and injera that looked and tasted legit from the very first bite. Every component on the platter had its own flavor story, and together they created a masterpiece. The server even brought out some berbere spice to sprinkle on top, which was the perfect touch. The vibe of the cafe was modern and relaxed, with upbeat music playing and a chill, cozy feel. I was the only customer for most of the meal, which made the experience feel extra peaceful and personal. And the cappuccino? So. Good. Rich, smooth, and foamed to perfection. I actually caught myself wondering, “Why don’t I start every day like this?” If you're looking for flavorful food, legit coffee, and an atmosphere that hits all the right notes, 5Star Eritrean Cafe is the move. Can’t wait to go back and try more.

Nice breakfast/lunch spot. The egg sandwich was excellent, but it would have been nice to have a smaller. This portion was huge. The peppers on it were very hot. They also have some interesting Eritrean options.

Service was fast and friendly but it took a while for the food to come out. The space is nicely decorated. A video of birds chirping in a cherry garden provided a pleasant atmosphere.
