This is a really, really strange location. The building and layout are incredible, but the customer service is poor. The ladies at the register aren't friendly, and they make me feel uncomfortable. Avoid this one

The lady’s are rude that work at the register and they don’t have restrooms for paying customers. It’s a convenience store so should provide restroom services to customers. It was a good store when they first opened but now it’s poor customer service

The people that work night shift apparently don't really pay attention to what they're giving out to Uber eat drivers I got someone else's 10 dollar order when my order was over 30 dollars don't order through the 7-Eleven if you're going to do Uber eats
I used to stop here for gas and a breakfast option before dropping my son off for daycare. They actually have a good selection of hot breakfast items. Recently while there for this errand, my 5 year old son had to use the restroom. There are two restrooms at the rear of the store clearly intended for customer use, but the employees have them locked and posted a paper with marker written “employees only”. They wouldn’t unlock them to let my son use the restroom. I won’t be returning to this gas station for their lack of customer service and ridiculously locking a gas station restroom.

I was in there buying cigarettes and a soda. The heavy set gal without a name tag. Accuse me of attempting to buy cigarettes for some stranger. I'm assuming this person was a minor I . Never saw this person. This person never spoke to me. Neither male or female asked me to do so inside the store or outside the store. Consequently she the girl with no name behind the register we didn't sell me cigarettes. I called her out on her lie and requested to see this on her in store camera. Of course she refused. I Just want the owner to know that I'll never pay your nice. You're 7-11 again. Besides it's a hangout for drug dealers and bums always pan handling And trash in the parking lot, the surround in the area. And not the mention the bus stop in front. Yeah, clean up your act over there. Mr. Or Mrs. Owner. And you need to get that heavy set Girl with no name tag, but for another job He has no business waiting on customers. No people skills whatsoever period!!!!
