Wanted to give a HUGE “shout out” to 801 Denver. My dear friend , Dennis who is a food snob. He has traveled extensively through the world. He loves fine dining. Our server, Eric was beyond exceptional. Dennis loves sake and boy did Eric impress him. Not only did he do an ax exceptional job, he was so educated in the sake and everything on the menu. I think she must have been Manager on Duty. I think her names was is Debbie . But that lady was top notch. She helped everyone out with making sure it was just an exquisite evening of great Dining. It truly was the most impressive diner experience. We were sure glad we changed our reservations from other restaurants that were recommended for the top 10 in Denver. You should be at the top of the list the number one. I hope someday if he comes back we’re gonna go back there for sure: Just a truly GREAT experience all the way around. I hope they acknowledged. Amazing service thank to Sara. Wonderful food and drink. Excellent Lobster bisque, Caesar salad, and crab fettuccine. In-house made blue cheese stuffed olives in an icy martini hit the spot.

We are from out of town here for the steeler game thought we would try this place. Service was great but that may have something to do with that there was No one in the restaurant .. Ordered lobster bisque it came half of bowl very watery looks like they ran out and added water. So I tried it it had a burn taste to it the worst soup ever. Got a salad it was ok. This place is pricey for the food you get. Paid the bill in full no discount stay away.
The most amazing place to enjoy the most amazing food before the most amazing show, Wicked! This place was a treat for my 9 year old too! We had the absolute best King Crab Mac & Cheese here ! We also had the Grilled Artichoke, Ceviche, raw oysters, and finished it off with Vanilla Crémé Brûlée! Our waitress was so nice to my daughter, since this was her first time here. Everything about this place was excellent. I love the interior design. The side portions are very generous.
Do not leave Denver without eating here. The food, the service, the drinks-were amazing!!
