My girlfriend and I made a quick stop in Denver. We ended up at Adobo because it was near downtown and I happen to be Filipino and I didn't realize there were any Filipinos in Colorado. We loved this place. Blain, the owner was super friendly and welcoming. The menu was great, especially since we took a recent trip to New Mexico and there were some hints of their famous green chilies with some of the items, including Filipino items as well! Went in for dinner for the first time. The atmosphere is quirky but has a good vibe. The staff was excellent, food was fantastic and the smothered burrito was delicious. Would definitely go back.
