Love this spot. If you’re looking for delicious drinks with a heavy tiki flair. This is the spot. If you’re looking for a vibey end to the night with immaculate music variety, be sure to plan your visit for after 10:30. Sip fast though. Last call is at 11:30.

The food & drinks were excellent. The service couldn't have been better & bartender/mixologist Vince is always a pleasure to see & visit with. The music was on point when we first arrived at 7pm, playing exotica, surf & tropical lounge. However...around 8pm it suddenly changed to techno club music & got super loud. That would've been ok if maybe every few songs would have still been exotica or surf mixed in but the all techno club music doesn't fit the tiki vibe. Also wish we could've stayed more than 2 hours but Overall we enjoyed the evening as usual!
Adrift is one of the best places in Denver if you’re looking for thoughtfully made low and no alcohol cocktails that don’t feel like a compromise.
I’m not great at sticking to Dry January, but Adrift made it genuinely enjoyable. Their no alcohol cocktails are just as complex, balanced, and visually appealing as their regular drinks. Everything I tried felt intentional and well executed, especially the tropical drinks and their bitter, spirit free options.
The food was also very good. The spam musubi and wings were both flavorful and well prepared, and they paired nicely with the drinks.
The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, and you don’t feel out of place if you’re not drinking alcohol. It’s a great option for groups with mixed preferences or anyone who still wants a full cocktail experience without alcohol.
Highly recommend, and I’m already planning a return visit.

They posted they are open till 10, went there at 9:30, they WERE NOT open. Clearly a violation of their own policies.

Lovely dining and cocktail experience. Brought my husband out for a night out and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Drinks and food was great! Staff was attentive and checked on us often. We will be back - thanks for a wonderful visit.
Service was pretty bad. No drink refills, brought food out for one person and the other 3 meals about 15 min later.
Love the snow drift decor, the tropical vibes, and the friendly wait staff. Wish there were a few more fully vegan options on the menu, and that the beverages weren't quite so full of ice.
Although we had a large party and were seated in the tent, we still had a great time. The food and drinks were fun and tasty. Our server was the best. We really enjoyed her. We will be back.
Bill was the best! I have multiple severe allergies and he looked out for us every step of the way with intentionality and precision, so I felt comfortable having a lovely meal out. Delicious dinner, great drinks, better server.

Bill F. Was an incredible waiter tonight in my experience at a drift Denver. He made our experience completely worthwhile, and I am a better person for it.
Thank you, Bill F!

Adrift is decorated so cute for the holidays with lights yet keeps with the beach theme. Our group enjoyed cocktails, mocktails and food. The cocktails and mocktails for the holidays came in adorable cups like a “sandman,” Christmas tree, and other cute holiday shapes and were delicious. The group got a naughty or nice shot and I was still able to participate with a N/A shot cause I’m pregnant, it was so good. Mocktails were also delicious (holly & berry and the NA painkiller) and were not too sweet! We enjoyed the sliders (pork belly and chicken jerk), poke nachos, wontons, volcano fries, Hawaiian rolls, and Mac salad. All was devoured by the group! We were sat on the covered patio and it was kept very warm and the decorations continued back there! We had a two hour window at our table and were done in about 1.5 hours, such a great experience to catch up with friends for the holidays! We love adrift and can’t wait to come back! Would definitely recommend a reservation!

Waited 10-15 minutes for a waiter. Ordered drinks and food. One food item came. After 30 minute still no drinks so we had to inquire. Was told there was a mix up at the bar but it would be there soon. A few minutes later our drinks finally came, but still didn't have our second food item. Once we asked it came shortly thereafter (it was dip so no reason to take nearly 40 minutes). Server would disappear for long stretches of time, including 30 minutes at the end while we waited for a bill. The bill of course was wrong as well. While we were there they attempted to drop off food 4 or 5 different times that was not ours (including once when they put it on our table and we had to stop the server to tell them if wasn't ours....they then still brought it to the other table).
Clearly issues with not only our table but others as well (long waits for drinks and service, random food they had no idea where it belonged) but no manager even made an effort to come by to help or rectify the issues. Only had 1 drink in 2 hours because the service was so slow.

Adrift is a classic tiki experience.
The drinks are very consistent in their flavor and delicious. While the drinks aren't adventurous (outside of holidays) that really lets them perfect the traditional tiki drinks they serve.
Bartenders are knowledgeable, especially Trader Vince the bar manager.
Food is fantastic and tropical.
If you want a nice sit down, chill, traditional tiki experience with appropriate food to go with it - go here.
