Once you get the hang of this place you won't want to go to another theater 🎭
1. Buy ticket online! You can get the seat you want
2. Walk in and go to the theater on your ticket - you don't have to show the person behind the counter if you don't want to
3. Find your seat in theater.
4. Get your ticket + credit card ready if you want to order food or drinks
5. Staff will confirm your ticket and tap the card on their device so they can charge you
6. Order food with them or order via the pen and paper then turn on the light for them to know you want to order
7. Food is delivered!
8. About 40ish minutes before the movie end will be last call.
9. They'll being you your check to sign
I hope this helps someone else!
The food has always been super tasty! My favorite is the chicken club. Always cooked well and comes with fries.
I ordered the cauliflower wings and was incredibly disappointed. I got the wings 1 and a half hours into the movie. It was already 8:00 when I got my food. The wings were soggy and honestly tasted terrible. It seemed like they were just sitting there the whole time. I got 5 pieces of cauliflower and it looked like a kids meal because the portion was so tiny. They gave me the wrong flavours on top of everything else. I don't understand how so many things went wrong. It wasn't like they forgot to make it either, they just didn't give it to me. Everything else was fine, they comped the food which was a nice gesture but I would've liked them to do a better job and make better food. I felt a little bad writing this because originally I thought that Alamo was a small company that would treat its workers well. Apparently Alamo is owned by Sony! They have had multiple employee strikes and seem to treat their employees very poorly. If you were wondering what they did, they understaffed their locations and then refused to give their employees their tips. I would not recommend any goes to this movie theater especially after trying their horrible food!
Food was good chair could be better
Alamo employees are the best, my waitress was wonderful 👍😊 and the guy at the register was great, we had a wonderful conversation about all the movies now playing and the ones coming out. I'm so sorry that I don't have names, but they are all fantastic.
Thanks for your great service.
Always a great time at the drafthouse
Great theater, compared to other Alamo this one is smaller, with not as good seats. The last few months food quality declined
This is the third time we have gone in over a MONTH and the ice cream/boozy milkshake machine is down?????? The 3 margarita flavors is barely enough, let alone them telling me halfway through the movie that the milkshake machine is down AGAIN? I’ll be driving to Littleton location instead from now on.
surprisingly good beer selection and prices. Will definitely come back for more shows
Amazingly helpful staff and wonderful food. The loaded fries were my personal favorite.
I saw a film here today and was served the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It arrived cold, moist, and tasted as if it had been sitting out for a very long time. I honestly can’t believe a kitchen would send something like this out.

I love Alamo Drafthouse. This location has been generally great. But the last few times we’ve come, “Last Call” comes so soon into the movie, it feels like we’re being rushed. Last night I had to miss part of the developing story to verbally order my dinner and my partner didn’t get a second cocktail. Seems like a minor complaint, but it definitely has been ruining the vibes. Also, fix the shake machine! This isn’t McDonalds.
Love this theater! Usually come here when we are in town.
We saw SINNERS...😮the food presentation, superb...👍🏾....Service-magnificent, atmosphere, unique... overall 👏🏾NICE...!!!
Amazing food and drink. Actual movie theater experience is mid, however, I don't think people go there JUST for the movie. It's for the food and drink experience while watching a movie :)
Fun place to see a movie . the bowl of popcorn is $10 but they refill it for you so you don't miss anything. You can also order food if you like. Great concept and loads of fun.
