One take out order and we were sold. A mom and pop place (literally) of incredible Mediterranean food with an Egyptian slant. Now we've eaten in the restaurant as well, with great food and service. Do try the koshari, an Egyptian comfort food par excellence. Generous servings and they even brought us a complimentary dessert. One of our favorite places.

This is a long over due review. I tried this place when I was in town for work last July. This restaurant was the closest I’ve ever had to home cooked Egyptian food. The menu is very unique because it focuses more on the culture rather than the usual popular items. If you love traditional Egyptian food, you will absolutely love Albasha Grill!!

Great food! Kind of a hole in the wall (or at least it was to me originally) Egyptian cuisine. If you're ever in the mood or feeling adventurous definitely give them a try!

We chose to eat at Al basha grill for our anniversary! It’s an Egyptian cuisine restaurant. It was our first time dining there and it was satisfactory. We tried dishes we hadn’t tried before. The food portions were good. The lady who owns it was very friendly and even gave us complimentary dessert. It has comfortable seating and the ambience is nice. Worth giving a try!

Good service, nice menu - not too many items to confuse. GREAT baba ganoush and I had a really good fried pastry item filled w ground beef and spices.

If you are in denver and would love to try Mediterranean cuisine that could give you a n ecstatic effect after eating food, i would strongly suggest to checkout al bash. The people are extremely kind and generous. The person who took order, patiently walked us through the menu to ensure we have the best experience and also we don't order food that will be enormous for us. We tried lamb shanks, beef shawarma and beef kofta. It tasted as awesome as food served to folks in heaven. If you have a sugar tooth, definitely checkout BAKLAWA.

We visited on a snowy day when they just opened so there was no wait, no other customers. The menu is nice - not overwhelming and included some choice pics. Service was OK and seemed friendly enough if not engaging. We started with the baba ganoush - EXCELLENT. The chicken shawarma palte was good and flavorful but so much rice! We also ordered the meat pie pastry (SORRY I don't remember the name) and that was really good too.

Great food, authentic taste, special the ocra stew and kushiri. One comment isbthat the shef is 5 star and super cool and friendly but his customer service needs some upgrades.

The food was both amazing and authentic. A wonderful stop for those both Egyptians missing a taste of home as well as those who want to expand their horizons and try new cuisines. Highly recommended.

The Mix Grill and Albasha Mix Shawarma were absolutely DELICIOUS! Many thanks to Chef Ashraf (Moses) for a wonderful meal! Come to Albasha Grill in Denver for the best Mediterannean food! And meet the chef's lovely wife, Heba.

Authentic Egyptian FoodWe came to try the mombar, but unfortunately you have to order it 2 days in advanced, so next time we know to call and preorder it. We ended up trying other dishes and everything was delicious. The lamb shank was huge and the meat was very tender. The bamya was outstanding. We also tried the Egyptian beans, which tasted just like the one we ate in Egypt. We will definitely come back whenever we are in town.
