4:30 PM appointment and it’s 1130 still not empty
Don't pull up to the gate until at least 02:30, even if the app gives you a door. Billion dollar company, yet they can't figure out how to put drivers in doors. Limited parking on street, even more limited if you want to obey the no parking signs. If you get to the gate too early, you'll have a run in with a security guard that has the nastiest attitude any time she has to do work. If she didn't have this job, I'm 99% positive she wouldn't be able to hold a job anywhere else. If you see her, you'll know it. Paperwork goes to the office by door 301. Even though there's a sign there to put paperwork in back of trailer, I actually got a text saying to leave it on the desk in the office since nobody was in the office yet. All the other nonsense is the usual for warehouses that don't care about drivers.
Dont come over here totally wastage of time. Taking more time for paperwork then unloading
The Security guard lady is very nice. Make sure to sign in through freightsmith. Then in some time they will give dock door number and then go inside and submit the papers. Signed in at 3:00 am and get paperwork at 4:45 am. Also need to pay lumber fees online through the app. Quick and easy procedure.
Sucks big
5.5 hours and counting in a door to unload and count is absurd.......you shouldn't be in business if this is the best you can do
Appointment 7am, at the doors 9am paperwork 11:27, no building or door directions, app freezing constantly.. I had delivery at frozen building.. girl at office, super nasty and unprofessional. Definitely one of the worst pace to deliver
Truck entry use dallas st gps take you behind warehouse
In and out in 2 hours. Great for a food warehouse.
The entrance is through the gate on Dahlias St. The gate is closed, but it will open once you are in between the yellow lanes. Download the freight Smith app to check in through the app after you have entered the gate. Once inside, proceed until your truck is completely inside of the gate while approaching into a yellow pole in the middle of the yard with a stop sign. Once there, the security will ask you for your paperwork and will ask you if you have checked in. Then, you will be told to park in front of the trailer on the left docks from that position. Once parked and checked in through the app, you will get a call with a door dock number. Before proceeding to your dock, drop off your paperwork on the entrance by dock 301 with the red stair rails. Turn left entering the door, and it's the first door on the right, same door for the rest rooms. Then proceed to dock, get a text on the app to pay lumber fee, and get a text as well for your paperwork. once done, paperwork will be placed inside the trailer, or you will have to pick it up from the office by dock 301 on your way out. At the gate, open your doors for the security and continue to leave the facility. Your welcome 🙏
Be ready to stay late and alert to the app a few hours, mainly 3 to 6 hours.
Absolutely not friendly or helpful! But they charge a lumper fee?
I have never been in a place that takes forever on paperwork, this is unacceptable
You only speak to stupid computer over the phone, two people in office who barely understand English, long unloading time, then long waiting for paperwork. One of Worst delivery location.
Just stay away from this place. If you schedule other pickup you can forget you will have time to make it 6Hr all together to get empty. Good luck
Worst gate security tells you something then comes after you with this huge company they should hire a professional person that’s 3am everyone is circling around
Just to be clear about a guy with barley hair in his head can’t speak as well.
