I don't often shop at Whole Foods, but I needed to make an Amazon return (vendor's quality issue, not me being fickle about what I ordered). I didn't know that using the kiosks for returns was the only option at this location. The person behind the counter near the lockers and kiosks was tied up on the phone. Another employee approached and explained about needing to use the kiosks, but she then very cheerfully helped me through the kiosk process, while helping another customer who approached with similar issues. I will now definitely choose this location for any Whole Foods purchases, just in time for my annual holiday splurge on food gifts for people.

This Whole Foods is about 1 mile from my home -- fast and easy to get to, the people are friendly and helpful, and the front desk went above and beyond what they needed to by accepting a package for me. Definitely not something they were obligated to do. 5 stars and my thanks (again). Mary Ann

This Whole Foods is within walking distance of my son's house. I was babysitting for my grandsons and they wanted ice cream or popsicles. We got mango fruit bars and ice cream bars- there wasn't a very large selection. And they were expensive which my son told me they would be. But I didn't want to drive anywhere so it was a good option.

Legit didn't even make it to my car without the bag ripping. First, the handle ripped off heading to the car. Exiting my car the bag completely ripped down the side, carrying into my apartment it ripped even more. Being Whole Foods you sell higher quality/price products. You're selling yourself short with bags that dont even get your customers to their cars. I promise I will not be back if this is how cheep y'all are. Will be going to Sprouts going forward

Google showed that the coffee bar in the Whole Foods was open until 5. They actually stop serving coffee at noon.

Great meat department with neighborhood butcher feel to it! Special ordered a prime rib and got a great service from the counter. Willing to pay a little extra to avoivd king soopers

This location was neat, clean, and tidy. Found parking easily enough. I give it 5 stars because the coffee bar was open. It closes after being open for about 15 minutes at many other locations around town. This place has their espresso until 5! They were so kind and that too, nowadays, is a plus

I usually come to this location over the weekend when I visit nearby Washington Park. I get the breakfast burrito and they are usually hot, ready and delicious. The store is neat and clean and the shelves are fully stacked. Check out is fast and friendly and there is usually plenty of parking. Good experience all around.

The hot and cold food bar at this WFM is subpar compared to other locations. The customer service is lacking as well. I've had 2-3 nice and kind cashiers which I appreciate. But most of the time it is like today, very unfriendly person at the self checkout section where I needed some assistance She gave me vibes that I was inconveniencing her. Very unfriendly! Yet she high-fived another employee with a smile as the person was leaving work. They could do with improvement at this Whole Foods!

I've been coming to this store since it opened as I live 2 blocks away. Initially a good store. No so much now, has descended into the Sprouts/Trader Joes model. Deli is awful if even existent at all. Everything is in plastic boxes now and selection is reduced to what can fit into a plastic box. Produce is always scrambling to keep things in stock. The plastic containers at the Mediterranean bar are leaky and just plain awful. Rotisserie chickens are not fully cooked and I have to cook them more. Pizza? Avoid at all costs. I would much rather praise this store but what must be due to regional WF management, the store seems to be in life support and poorly managed. So, naturally it is necessary to go to 1st and University store or mostly to competitors. Whom ever is managing the Wash Park store or the regional WF managers are undermining this store's possibilities. Thanks

Store has gone downhill due to the new manager "Billy" who eliminated their former "friendly staff".

The allegro is inside a Whole Foods so it’s not it’s own location. The matcha lattes are incredible! Very flavorful and uplifting. Service was good and quick. You have to pay for the cups at registers which can be kinda annoying if it’s busy because you’re just waiting to pay for your drink.

I love all Whole Foods. I love this WF for its: - Nitro Cold Brew/Vietnamese Cold Brew - friendly staff - never overly crowded - clean

This place is very convenient to where I live and despite the size it does have a great selection however the staff is terrible. The managers just seem to stand around even when they can clearly see you are looking for something and need help. I would really recommend retraining for the majority of staff

This is a small location compared to most whole foods. I am grateful that it exists so close to my work though. The staff is friendly. Everything I use is in stock when I need it. The parking lot is a tiny but I walk there anyway. Its expensive like any other whole foods, but if you shop smartly its not that bad.
