I highly recommend Alma Kitchen + Catering. I had been searching high and low for a menu that highlighted wholesome, fresh, healthy ingredients and I could not find a a satisfying menu to my liking. I was delighted to find Ruben and his creative cuisine. Not only is his food wholesome, fresh and healthy; it’s jam-packed with more flavor than you can imagine. Ruben is a true professional who not only cares about his clients, but he caters to them! Ask about his weekly menus & breakfast burritos! You won’t be disappointed.

Ruben Valentin is a fabulously talented chef and puts together outstanding dishes. We were very happy with his menu and all the courses, from appetizers to desert - delicious! We had a very specific theme for our menu and Ruben did a great job of bringing that to life in the menu. He was very easy to work with and the whole experience was very pleasing and professional. I thoroughly recommend him and Catering by Alma for catered events or home chef occasions.

Worked with Alma Kitchen and Catering to host a dinner for about 50 people. It was incredible and people continued to talk about how good the food was beyond the evening and into the weekend. Thank you to Ruben and his staff for creating an amazing meal and experience for our guests!

The team at Alma Kitchen and Catering did a superb job of supporting our celebratory event. The food, mostly prepared at site was fresh and flavorful and beautifully presented. The staff took great care of our guests. Before the event Ruben made it easy to select a menu and took care of supporting us with all the pieces needed to make the event perfect.

I’ve been working with Alma Kitchen for about a year now. They have provided breakfast and lunch for all of our workshops at work. Ruben is a delight to work with. His menus are always fresh and creative. He rarely does the same the meal twice, unless it’s requested. His food speaks for itself. All of our attendees love his food. I know when Ruben is catering I have no worries. Everything is always so good…every time!

Alma Kitchen and Catering is truly the best catering company in Denver! Its owner, Ruben, helped us with all the aspects of our party, from food, to bar, to the layout of tables and seating. He helped us design a fantastic menu that appealed to all the picky meat and potato eaters, gluten-free & vegans, children and those of us who simply appreciate good food. Alma catering is absolutely terrific! Ruben was so flexible and accommodating and just a joy to work with! Everything was so freaking delicious, we will most definitely be using him for many more events! On top of all of these things, the event was actually affordable! Sometimes you encounter in life a rare combination of affordability and high quality, and Ruben has figured out how to combine those two traits perfectly! I rarely leave reviews for things but had to say this to make sure everyone uses him in the future. You will not be disappointed!

About two months ago we began using Ruben to come into our home to prepare and serve meals when we entertain guests. Ruben's creativity and suggestions have introduced us to some amazing and delicious dishes. The flavors, presentation and unique combinations have been delightful.In addition, Ruben is just a wonderful person and a delight to have in our home. He is a kind and thoughtful person and it is obvious that he wants everyone to be completely content. Our guests have all raved about Ruben and his food.
