Where to begin! We were recomended to this restaurant from a friend and are we so glad we took her advice!! I have never in my life had such a delightful and wonderful meal from start to finish. My husband and I are what I would refer to as "foodies" and we were blown away by the flavors and presentaions of each dish. Even the cocktails were exquisite! Each dish had a personality of it's own and the flavors were so perfectly put together. We shared 2 starters Ahi Tuna Tataski and Lobster Shooters, then we ordered our main course and he had the Spicy Ambli Paella abd I enjoyed the Kebab Platter. To finish the evening we split a Pistachio Creme Brûlée !! Everything was delicious and the service was perfect ! The owner Jimmy made his rounds and visited with us describing the way he uses so many spices and seasonings that I have never had the pleasure to try. We will be returning when we are back in Denver and next time bringing our frinds and family! Thank you Jimmy for your expertise in providing a unique dining experience!!

I had not been to Ambli in awhile. I always loved it, but our dinner last weekend was amazing. Starting with a delicious salad, then a fabulous Indian food inspired entree followed by a delicious dessert. The cocktails were delicious too.

Absolutely delicious! We had the lobster shooters since everyone raved about them - now we know why. Very generous portion of lobster in a light tempura batter laid inside a small shooter glass with a yummy sauce. We shared the garlic shrimp and the short rib. Everything was outstanding! This is an absolutely wonderful place to visit, with very delicious "to die for" food and great service. The only little negative thing was a slightly higher than desired noise level, but the effect of that on the overall wonderful experience is so small that it should probably not even be mentioned at all. However, fixing the noise problem would make it the absolute best restaurant I have ever been to.

I love AMBLI. This was my second time visiting after planning my Company's holiday party here last December. Lobster Shooters are so delicious! Beet and Burrata salad was perfect. I had the crab cake burger and my friend had the rib-eye French dip both were also delicious. Our server Taylor was friendly and efficient. I can't wait to go back!
